Airport shuttle works well. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, if a little dusty. The hotel is on the tram line into Geneva which is also very convenient. Some friendly staff, some not so much and you pretty much have to work it all out for yourself. I had a very poor experience in the restaurant in the evening and the breakfast was pretty awful. Overall, fine for its position and somewhere to stay for one night.

It was after we were told - we hung out at the front desk lobby wondering why the shuttle was a no show . We finally asked and went downstairs . No problem airport arrival was still timely and easy

The room did the job of giving me shelter. The only thing I’d suggest is if you’re not able to use the airport shuttle, ask for directions if you have to utilize the city shuttle. I spent 2 hours trying to figure it out. The airport employees didn’t know what I was asking and the taxi drivers didn’t want to take you because of the proximity to the airport. I ended up Ubering to where I wanted to go. I should have booked in town and then just ubered to and from the airport. But lesson learned. The hot itself was nice if you have no plans to explore Geneva.

The room was clean and beds comfortable, staff very polite but I booked a Twin room for 2 adults, we felt it was made up for only 1 person, one of each tea, coffee, 2 milks and bottle of water was provided and no hairdryer which is listed in the amenities, 2 single beds were pushed together so we had to separate them and use a chair as a bedside table in the middle as you could not move the one provided due to the telephone cord, when we separated the beds, we could see it had not been vacuumed. We went to the reception and they gave us extra tea/coffee sachets and a hairdryer. There was no ‘How To Use’ instruction folder in the room, our room looked across to another building/hotel and we were unable to operate the electric blinds and no extra pillows provided.

Our bartender/server was excellent. Food and drinks were amazing. Transit and airport shuttle make this hotel ideal if you are coming in from out of town need to fly out following your stay. Only downside is the surrounding area, but the noise from the airport was minimal.

When we checked in the employee was frazzled. Allowed a man to step in front of us and complain about something (Geneva in general seemed miserable). It was nice to be by the airport for an early flight but that is about it. The area has no good food options. Good transport into Geneva and clean rooms a plus.

Good and bad. Let’s get to the good stuff first. Airport shuttle to/from GVA was convenient although the person at reception stressed that Swiss Air and Brussels Airlines crew had priority, so as not to get our hopes up that we would be able to get a shuttle back to the airport. Fortunately turned out to not be a problem. Room was clean and bed was comfortable enough. Now for the bad. As a Hotels.com gold member, I research hotels and perks before I book. The perks for this hotel included a free drink (non-alcoholic), free airport shuttle, early check-in, if available, and a free room upgrade, if available. I do realize the latter two perks are only if available. The reception person was adamant that I had to pay 65CHF if I wanted to check-in early. He didn’t even entertain the idea of a free room upgrade. He said the only gold member perk required of them was the free beverage. I had to contact Hotels.com to have their representative call him directly and he STILL wouldn’t allow me to check-in early nor give me a room upgrade. The issue is that both options were available, but they didn’t want to allow me either without paying more. If he said they weren’t available, then that would’ve been a different story. This certainly left a bad taste for me and I will not stay here again. Also, windows and blinds didn’t open and the bathroom door wouldn’t slide over for privacy. There are other airport hotels near GVA to choose from. Do yourself a favor and pick a different one.

I like being close to public transportation. I did not like the following two items: One, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak and did not reach into parts of the hotel, including the lobby and also including my room, 326. Two, the price for breakfast was $20 if breakfast was purchased when you registered by $28 if you purchased a breakfast after registration. This was not clear from documents and flyers that I saw.
