Rooms run by unprofessionals

We showed up as a family of three for a room with a bed and a sofa bed. No A/C, only fans. The shower wasn’t warm enough. The room only offered 2 towels for 3 people. The worse part was that the room only offered one blanket for 3 people. Basically no amenities for the 3rd person at the room but a sofa bed. The place is more like a landlord renting out a studio in a unfinished condo. It requires extra US$12.5 for cleaning after the US$88 for the room. It’s not clearly stated on the booking page, otherwise I wouldn’t have booked it. Checkin and Check out took a long time. We waited for about 10 mins for the hostess to show up. She took us to our room, only to found out the bathroom floor was soaking wet, clearly she was just rushing to clean the place right after we called her to let us in. Then, she demanded the cleaning fee, we refused to pay, and it was agreed by the landlord. When we tried to check out the next morning, we called them to let them know so we could get our US$50 cash deposit back (the cash you need to present them when you checking in), the landlord asked us to wait for 15mins because it was 7:25am, it was apparently to early for him to conduct the business. A little after 8am, we have finally left the condo.
