chipped paint missing grouting in shower edge tiles in bathroom need attention leaking tap dirty sofa bed stained and worn out this in my opinion is not a luxury hotel and the staff need to pick up on their english language skills could be and should be so much better

Das Zimmer war groß, schön und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider war das Bett sehr hart, was auch die angebotenen Ersatzkissen nicht verbessern konnten. Wir hatten unser Zimmer in der 4. Etage, der Straßenlärm war leider stark durch die geschlossenen Fenster zu hören.

Wonderful hotel in great location

Great hotel in convenient location. All the staff spoke English and were very helpful. They didn’t serve breakfast at the hotel but offered free shuttles to various locations. Hotel is walkable to lots of markets, shopping mall and sights.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Excellent to have a street food hub right behind the hotel. Our room, the Dazzle, had a bit of noise due to the car parking but nothing we couldn't sleep through.
