Spotless room. Great amenities. Staff; kind and friendly…helpful. Our main issue was that it’s not *our* typical hotel experience. We were there for 6-days and had some pleasant day and a few issues with the way of managed us as customers. *The check-in and check-out process was our biggest challenge: They required a *cash only* deposit…something I may have missed on the app when reserving. When we checked out, our departure was delayed because the desk clerk told me she had to go to our room and walk-through and I had to return the deposit receipt given to me when checking in before we checked out. Otherwise, the best thing about staying there was the attached mall and neighbor filled with shops and restaurants.

The room is very clean, and the staff are very polite. The bathroom lacks a bath mat, so the floor gets very wet after showering. It would be better if there were a bath mat in the bathroom.
