Feel like royalty in this Gimli’s Kings Park Oasis! This lakefront 1700 sq foot ranch style 3 bedroom/ 2 bath bungalow cabin is newly renovated (2023) and waiting for your family to enjoy. It boasts incredible views of Lake Winnipeg, and its shallow shoreline is perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. Only steps away from your own private beach or sit outside by a fire pit in comfy Adirondack chairs.

The cabin has floor to ceiling windows facing the lake with tons of natural light and incredible views! It is for year round living and the lake is in your front yard for sunbathing or easy access for ice fishing as well.

Sleep 8-10 people in this three bedroom spacious home. The master bedroom has a king size bed along with a full ensuite with a walk in tile shower. The second bedroom also boasts a King size bed. Across from the second bedroom there is a well-appointed bathroom with shower and tub for soaking. The third bedroom sleeps up to 3 people with double bottom/single top bunk bed. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and a breakfast counter with seating for four. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably.

Open concept allows for easy socializing, with two separate living areas each with their own fireplace for those cool evenings. So bring a good book to curl up with a blanket on comfy leather furniture or listen to music on the wireless Wi-Fi system while the kids are watching TV or playing games in the other.

The cottage is less than a 4 minute drive from the bustle of Gimli. Don’t feel like cooking? There are numerous great restaurants and coffee shops in the town of Gimli along with a Sobey’s, Co-op, Liquor Mart and Rona in case you forgot anything. Gimli boasts a fishing pier and marina and many local artisan shops in their business district.
