The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house "Alt Glowe 12", is 75 m2 u. suitable for 4 persons.
It has direct access to the 20 m2 terrace, equipped with beach chairs and garden furniture, and a garden for sole use. A "master bedroom" with double bed and a "children's bedroom" with bunk beds are available. It also offers a shower room with underfloor heating and a 30 m2 living room, also with underfloor heating, with a high quality fitted Nobilia kitchen with Constructa built-in appliances such as fully integrated dishwasher, oven, extractor and a fridge freezer.
The dining area consists of a natural wooden oak table with 5 chairs; The living area, which features satellite TV, a DVD player and a woodburning stove, allows you to relax in the comfortable seating area made of leather upholstered furniture.
In this apartment we provide you with a high chair and a travel cot available for free, a free parking is right next to the house. 300 m away there is a grocery store and a beverage shop, two bakers, an ice cream cafe and some restaurants and refreshments.
