Apartment Baltic Sea

The 2-room apartment is located in the villa "Heimkehr" on Katharinenstraße, a dead end (second last house before the end of the street). The apartment is therefore very quiet. The bedroom is on the side facing away from the street.
Behind the house a footpath leads directly to the north beach (distance approx. 400m).
The bright apartment with the high ceilings lives up to the name "homecoming" because you really feel like you've come home when you enter!
From the entrance you reach the living room with a beautiful bay window (with a large window front with "winter garden fyling") which is used as a dining area. The cream-colored kitchen is visually separated to the left. It is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, 4 ceramic hobs and dishwasher.
From the bedroom you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and the neighbor's park. The bright upholstered bed has a comfortable entry height (senior-friendly).
There is a second large television (cable television) here.
There is additional sleeping space in the living room (the sofa can be converted into a bed).
From the bedroom you can access the balcony, from which you can sit in a beach chair and enjoy the sunset over the Baltic Sea.
There is a free parking space directly at the house.
Our guests have access to a foldable handcart and WiFi free of charge!
A coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer are available to all guests at Katharinenstraße 4 (building behind the Heimkehr house).
