Staff were very nice. Unfortunately the air conditioning was faulty in our room and we spent the first night freezing as maintenance couldn’t come until the next day and no spare rooms to move us until the next day. View is amazing as rooms glass 3 sides.

From the outside of the property it looks very luxurious however the apartments themselves are very tired they're clean the couches are a bit old there's no service you do have a kitchen you are very close to the beach which is exceptional and very close to the life saving club which has great meals and very affordable drinks we enjoyed our stay there however I couldn't give it a five-star rating because the units are so tired

The rooms are in need of an upgrade. Carpet and furniture was getting worn. Kitchen drawers were faulty. On the plus side the apartment got all day sun and the location was good.

How close it was to everything for meals if you want to eat out.It is only one back to the beach we had a beautiful water view and balcony. The staff were really really nice and helpful. Really clean around pool and huge BBQ and sitting area. Would love to go back again.

Terrible Hotel

Hotel was dirty and uncomfortable. Found cockroaches and pacifier left by previous occupier. Also requested for 2 queen size bed and came 1 queen and 2 single. Very suspicious why is it a four star hotel.

Good price hotel in a fantastic location

Great location, part of Surfers but not in the middle which I like as it is walkable to all the action but a lot quieter area and a lot easier to drive in and out of .Close to beach and tram. Nice gym and pool area. We had the non ocean side but still had a reasonable view of the ocean between the buildings . Also had a beautiful river and mountain view.

The Artique was a great place to stay due to its location. So close to the beach and surfers for walking but so close to great roads for getting to the hinterland or other beachs south. Would def stay again.

We loved our stay in a one bedroom apartment. It was larger than we'd expected and had everything we needed plus a stunning view for the couch when we watched tv with windows on both sides. We were on the 4th floor which we thought would be noisy due to ground level noise but it wasn't except for the trams - they ran until late and started early so I still needed earplug and wore a face mask to block out the early morning light. The property was only a short walk from inner surfers however the tram stop is just near the Artique and you can catch a tram two stops (for $0.50!) to north broadbeach where there is a strip of amazing restaurants. We'd recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Hi ,Everything we needed was walking distance we enjoyed our 6 nights there at Artique Surfers Paradise happy with the facilities there too , The only thing I would change is get a ocean view room , But over all I’ll give 10 out of 10 regards Darren

Amazing Front office Staff

Staff member at check in was super friendly and professional with a big smile. Artique apartments are definitely showing wear and tear but keeping in mind that they are individually owned, perhaps the owner of the apartment I stayed in doesn't want to spend money on a refresh. Kitchen floor tiles in desperate need of steam mop. Cleanliness was ok. Bed was super comfortable and extremely clean. Amazing views from level 22. I would highly recommend if you get a good rate and requiring centrally located accommodation.
