The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

Both bedrooms have a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Gondomar, a charming town in northern Portugal, beckons tourists with its rich history and picturesque landscapes. Nestled along the Douro River, Gondomar seamlessly blends tradition with modernity. The city is renowned for its centuries-old churches, such as the stunning Igreja de São Cosme e São Damião and the atmospheric Capela de Nossa Senhora do Rosário. Visitors can explore narrow cobblestone streets lined with colourful houses, immersing themselves in the local culture. Gondomar is also celebrated for its artisanal craftsmanship, mainly in gold and silver filigree, making it an ideal destination for those seeking unique, handcrafted souvenirs. The scenic surroundings, with vineyards and green hills, add to the allure, making Gondomar a delightful retreat for those looking to experience the authentic charm of Portuguese life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Combatentes G.guerra, is just a 3-minutes walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
