The hotel is run very efficiently and the standard of service and cleanliness is impeccable. All the staff made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast is very good and the team do a fantastic job providing tourist information. Staff were so friendly enjoyed talking to them all. Staff made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Although the room is pretty small, the hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and staff were uniformly great. Classic, 'old skool' independent hotel. Unpretentious but dignified. Fantastic breakfast buffet with fresh waffles! Tea and coffee and daily cake for guests in the lobby. Would certainly recommend. Close to the station. A lot of building/road works going on but that seems to be the case for all of Gothenburg.

Great location from the central train station. The staffs were very polite and likable. The inside of the hotel was decorated with excellent designs and furniture. The facilities of the building seemed a bit old but were maintained in excellent conditions. The breakfast was also nice. Highly recommend.
