First part of our stay. We loved this hotel we spent Xmas eve and Xmas day until the the 29th. It gets extremely busy from boxing day!! Maggie at reception really stood out to my family such a excellent check in experience! My kids love this hotel, slide amazing cool game room (needs a few other things) Building room is great, playroom was too young for y children. Movie slots in English would be appreciated. Our room was perfect for 5 of us and we will definitely be back. Breakfast is great extremely busy. Dinner one night was excellent but once is enough.

Nice hotel, although a little chaotic at times with young kids running around and shoes left at bottom of staircases, kids charging around near the breakfast buffet, etc. Rooms nice although they could do with a low level light / nightlight particularly with a kids bedroom area which is otherwise pitch black unless the bathroom light is left on and the door open. Good choice for breakfast, albeit quite chaotic with kids running around. Slide open from 9-9pm, but carousel open on much more restricted hours. Some times available if having an early breakfast and some during the afternoon. Cinema shows cartoons in Swedish only and despite there being many nationalities at the hotel the subtitles are also in Swedish despite the dvd’s having an English option which is a shame as it would be more inclusive. Enjoyable stay but probably wouldn’t choose to stay again

Great, beautiful hotel. Courteous and pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Hotel is located directly next to Liseberg amusement park and is within walking distance you pretty much all of the shopping and restaurants you could want. Public transportation is just a few steps away as well

The hotel is beautiful, and a lot of fun for families. We loved our room, everything was spotless and there's been a lot of thought given to the details. The kids loved the lobby slide and the carousel. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. My son was sadly very poorly during our stay and the staff were exceptionally kind. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up, with smiles and kind words. Thanks also to the night guard and cleaner who helped me get medical advice in the middle of the night, reception who arranged a late check out for us, and the restaurant who let me take some food for him out of hours. Everyone looked after us so well! Thank you so much, we hope to come again.

Fantastic hotel, really cool and well kept interior- excellent breakfast selection - no sign of any commonly allergic nuts e.g peanuts, pistachio. Cashew , pecan, walnut. Even gluten free selection at breakfast. Room was big and very clean and everything worked well.

It's a bit quirky as it's themed to go with the amusement park but it's a very nice, comfortable hotel. Breakfast buffet was included and great. Bed was super comfortable, I just felt the duvet was a bit heavy for how warm it still was outside, I had to set the AC on the lowest temp it would go (19C) to be comfortable in the bed at night with that heavy duvet. Otherwise, everything was great!
