Hotel was very clean. Perfect hotel for kids and close to the park and Universeum. Brekfast and dinner buffets were both very good. Rooms were clean and quiet and the beds were conformable.

We absolutely loved loved loved this hotel. The rooftop bar, the carousel, the lobby slide, the breakfast, the people, the location. Worth every single penny!

Amazing hotel for those with children. Felt like something from a film. Breakfast was amazing. Children's play room was a lovely addition. Would be good if the films in the cinema could have subtitles so those of different languages could enjoy the cinema too.

We had a wonderful stay – this is truly the most child-friendly hotel we’ve ever visited. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and having direct access to Tivoli is a huge plus. This was our second time here, and while most of the staff were just as incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming as before, we did notice a couple of receptionists who didn’t live up to the hotel’s usual high service standard. Also, the ticket machines for Tivoli were showing incorrect (higher) prices, and no clear signs were posted, which caused confusion. Still, overall, this remains a fantastic hotel, and we would gladly return.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for this hotel — it was nothing short of magical. The decor felt like something straight out of Alice in Wonderland. Every corner is beautifully curated, with incredible attention to detail and a mix of modern and special antique furniture throughout. So much pattern and colour but still so elegantly done and perfectly styled. For the kids, the highlights were the giant gold spiral slide in the lobby, which they took down to breakfast every morning! They were also completely enchanted by the gorgeous carousel ride, which ran several times a day. On weekends, the fun continued with a dedicated children’s room filled with games and a mini cinema. There was always something for them to do. Everything has been thought of for families at this hotel. We couldn’t fault it and will absolutely return. Thank you for such a special stay.

Long weekend fun family city break!

Such a family friendly and unique hotel, staff were lovely, rooms were really nicely finished. Food was great, especially the lobby café. Entertainment for the kids was on another level for a short city break. I was a little worried with the location if it was too far from the main centre, but it was either a nice walk or we made use of the tram stop, located right out the front. Public transport was really straight forward to get everywhere we needed.

This hotel was super fun. Very nicely decorated with lots of activities for kids. Conveniently located by museums and other attractions. I will enjoy staying here again.
