I was disappointed with my stay at the Baymont by Wyndham. The hotel was much more run-down than the pictures suggested, which was surprising upon arrival. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. If we had known the actual condition of the hotel in advance, we would have chosen to spend a bit more elsewhere for a better experience.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable. First night kids were running up and down the hallways I had to leave my tv on to sleep to drown out the sounds from the floor above and hallway. 2nd night because the beds are so firm I didn’t get very good sleep.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel and room were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were good... pastries, cereals, waffles, eggs, fruit, bacon,ect. Location was convient ... across from the alerus center. I would recoomend this hotel and i would return.

I had to change rooms due to non functional TV which the staff immediately solved. The rooms are very dark due to low wattage bulbs! I had to request extra blankets as there none provided. The staff was very accommodating. Please make your rooms brighter and more inviting with new light bulbs!!

Stayed here for the first time and loved our experience. Easy parking, clean rooms and great staff/ excellent service. Only cons would be that we found the pillows to be small, and the breakfast was just okay. (Breakfast potatoes were super dry) but other than that good quality for the price.
