The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The restaurant choices were great for adults and kids. The pool was a huge hit. We were in town for a hockey tournament and being able to use the skywalk was a BIG plus!

We’ve stayed here many times in the past, so take that into account. Room was nice as always, really liked the gym as well. Many options of equipment. Front desk gal was a bit nonchalant at check in. Almost seemed like I was a hinderance to her day. Really the only disappointment of the trip, but not a good first impression. Bellhop Fayez is always a delight and a shining star of the facility. They need to clone him. And all the valets were exceptional as well, as always. They hire very nice young men as valets. We will be back! Location is perfect, amazing room views and nice ambiance.
