The food was mostly gone and subpar. My room was dirty: floors, freezer, bathrooms, couch had crumbs on it. Door to bathroom was locked. I asked. If someone could come do a quick cleaning and was told no, they were too busy cleaning other rooms. Curtains coming off the curtain rods. I paid extra to have the executive suite, the pictures on the website looked nothing like the actual room. I was extremely disappointed and let down. I could. It and would not give a good recommendation, for this hotel. Someone needs to contact me and apologize, for the poor condition of the room and lack of service.

The rooms are large but 15-20 years out of date. Maybe more. The hot water tank is small. The hot water ran out after 2 showers. The breakfast options are okay, but not if anyone in your group has food allergies. When I called to check out as I was running late, I was sent the wrong receipt. I called back a couple days later and was accused of staying an extra day and charged for it.

It is what you would expect for the type of hotel it is. Nothing fancy, could use some updating and kitchen accessories and supplies. Overpriced for the type of hotel, but that was likely associated with the Packers game.

The front desk staff was very efficient, kind and accommodating of our large group. However, our room smelled like an ashtray and the overall cleanliness was questionable (stray hairs in the bathroom, a sticky substance on the kitchen counter, a dirty chair, a pair of men’s shoes in the cabinet under the sink).

definitely a very homey place. everything worked and was very clean, dishes were available and they had more upon request. most of the staff was very very kind and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. breakfast never ran dry and the food was great, only complaint is that there wasn’t more time to get breakfast lol! overall a wonderful experience, quiet area, soundproof rooms, and convenience of living. stayed for almost two weeks with plans to return. best hotel experience ever.
