The room itself was pretty good, clean and spacious. No issues with the room. Just the place itself was a little seedy and the outside had a security guard hanging around which tells me its not a safe area. The main area of the lobby was not that nice and a little shady. Not sure I would stay here again.

The rooms were nice and clean, excellent amenities but what stood out most of was the staff. We had a plumbing issues at one something in the morning. I called the front desk and explained the situation. The young lady advised to come to the front desk. She switched our room quickly apologized for the inconvenience. Then whikw we were checking out I explained the situation to Ms. Morrissia and showed the pictures. She apologized for the issued and refunded for the stay. She didn't have to do that but because she did we would definitely come back.
