Villa del Fattore is a beautiful country house in the heart of Chianti, into a large estate which features other three villas, the estate is surrounded by wineries and olive groves, guests will enjoy the amazing views of the characteristic harmonious hills of this part of Tuscany. It is a perfect location for day trips being mid-way between Florence and Siena guest will easily reach some of most beautiful cities of the region, such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca, and all Chianti towns like Castellina, Greve, Panzano which is only 800 meters from the property.

Villa del Fattore is located on top of an hill overlooking the valley and offers beautiful views of the wineries which are all around the properties, please note that every property of the estate has its own private outside area and thanks to the high hedgerows, that divide the outdoor spaces of the villas, while windows and gates are perfectly positioned, in order to avoid any kind of privacy limitation. In the garden of Villa del Fattore guest can enjoy a covered patio with an external kitchen in order to organize al fresco meals, there is also a new built swimming pool of 4x8 mt. equipped with sun lunges and umbrellas which is at the exclusive use of the guest.

The villa was recently restored maintaining the original characteristics external Tuscan walls while interiorly has all modern style furnishing in order to offer the most comfortable stay to its guests, the main entrance leads to a large open space with living and dining area equipped with sofas, flat screen tv and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed, there are large windows with wonderful views, on same floor there is a guest bathroom as well. Few steps take up to a second living area connected to the indoor heated pool with sitting area and bar. On this level there are 3 double bedroom all with private bathroom with shower and a triple room, with one double bed and one single, as well with its own bathroom.
The villa has all amenities needed such as air conditioning, internet wifi, private parking space, daily made cleaning, Barbeque, Satellite TV.

Rental Roles
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 04.00 pm to 07.00 pm
Checkout: before 10.00 am.

Security deposit (Refundable):
€ 1500.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure less any damage or unpaid fees.
