In der Küche war der Wasserkocher, der Eierkocher und die Kaffeemaschine innen drin sehr verkalkt und auch braun verfärbt. In der Duschkabine roch es aus dem Wasserablauf streng.

nah am Stand

Küche und Bad sind sehr klein, das gleichen Wohnzimmer und Balkon aus, auch wenn man nur auf den Parkplatz sehen kann. Die Anlage ist wegen den dünnen Wänden recht hellhörig, leider achten die Nachbarn nicht immer darauf leise zu sein.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Grömitz. Die Wohnung für 2 Personen ist ausreichend. Die zentrale Lage, allerdings kein Blick auf das Meer oder die Promenade sondern mit Blick auf Parkplätze, liegt logistisch gut. Allerdings haperte es an der Sauberkeit, so dass selbst Hand angelegt werden musste.

Nichts auszusetzen

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns (fast) an nichts. Vor allem die Lage ist - von der großen Baustelle, die dort aktuell ist mal abgesehen (das ist aber ein temporäres Problem) - einmalig gut: in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand, in 10 bis 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Wenn wir zwei Wunsch freihätten, dann wäre dies zum einen eine wirksame Beschattung im Wohnbereich und zum anderen ausreichend Fahrradstellplätze. Ansonsten gibt es aber wirklich nichts zu meckern und wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Grömitz immer wieder eine Reise wert

Das Objekt ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnte einige Erneuerung, Verschönerung vertragen. Wohnzimmer war okay, Schlafzimmer ,Bad und Küche sehr klein und alt. Auch der Balkon lässt zu wünschen übrig. Mit ein bisschen Mühe, könnte man den schöner gestalten.Wenn man überhaupt keine Ansprüche stellt , kann man 1 Woche dort verbringen, mehr nicht. Mit der Betreuung durch die Vermieterin waren wir sehr zufrieden.
