My stay at this hotel was awful. There were rats in the hallway near my room, which made me feel scared and uncomfortable the whole night. The breakfast was also very bad — the food was cold and tasteless. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was clean, lovely and well appointed. When we returned to our room the second day of our stay it was left absolutely spotless. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant at the hotel was so good… great food, drinks and service. The location was perfect…centrally located. We will definitely be back!

The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Nothing had been dusted or cleaned on the bedside table for quite some time. The toilet seat kept sliding off to the left. When showering, the drain was so clogged, that the shower was more like a bath unfortunately, as the water was very, very slow to drain. It made me feel gross and unclean. I'm commenting only because it was likely clogged like this for a very long time and no action to clean/fix it was taken. Reporting it to the front desk was met with disinterest. She did not know what I meant by "drain", she was confused so I said the shower didn't work well, but she still said nothing. So maybe it was a language barrier thing. I will assume that it won't be fixed for the next traveller either. Safe travels everyone!
