Room did not smell fresh. Was not well kept and swimming pool has been out of service for months they told me but didn’t bother to mention that before I reserved my stay which I had to cancel immediately. Had to book a hotel somewhere else. They used to be really nice, not sure what happened since.

The room was not as clean as I expected. I witnessed stained pillowcases, a dirty remote control, the shower head was rusted and the walls of the shower had soap scum. It was necessary to wipe down all surfaces and I had to request new pillowcases and an additional blanket to cover the old chair in the room.
