During my stay, I came back to my room after being out all day to find that a leak developed from the ceiling in my closet, creating a large puddle on the floor. I tried to contact the front desk as well as maintenance to no avail. I went to the desk and when the person finally showed up, she did not take it seriously. She actually offered me a discount for that night if I still wanted to stay in that room! I refused and she booked me a new room, that when I went to go in and it was already occupied! I eventually was given another room, in which the ac/heading unit would not adjust it turn off. I will not be staying here again.

The room was very clean, kitchen had everything a person could need, staff was so pleasant which need a 10 star button for that alone. Nooooo bugs yay and the bed was sooo comfortable. There was a soccer team of little kids over top my room. So they were a little noisy but being that it was little stomping feet and laughter. I slept right through. I felt safe on my stay and that is important. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is on an extended vacation or business trip. Thank you to all the staff especially housekeeping hope you all get a raise or nice Christmas bonus 😊😊 one happy customer...I will be back definitely

The reason the hotel is only 3 floors is because if there was a 4th floor, the wheels of the planes landing at BDL would contact the roof. The "viewing area" for people to watch the landing planes is across the street. The street light outside the window kept the room lit, even with the curtains closed - they are several inches too short. I barely slept, and what little sleep I did get was interrupted every 15-20 minutes. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you can sleep well on the tarmac of an active airport. Also the keycard machine was so old it took the hostess 15 cards before one would actually program and work.

The instructions for the shuttle were slightly confusing, i was given a wrong place to wait for the shuttle and the shuttle driver didn't make an effort to ask if I'm waiting for the transportation to the hotel either. The room was big and clean, the stuff was OK. The small disappointment was the lack of the normal coffee in the room, the only available option was a decaf. It felt like the hotel is pushing me to purchase the coffee in the lobby vendor shop, vs. providing a complimentary coffee in the room.
