First night we had to change rooms because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Get to the second room the same problem and the bathroom had a terrible smell. Was an uncomfortable stay. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

Dirty hotel. Bad bathroom. Tiny bathroom. Broken tiles. Bad mattress. Fitness room and pool out of order. Not warned at booking or checkin that these amenities were not working. Basically a 2 star hotel charging at least 3 star prices. Pick anywhere else.

Second stay, not happy and going somewhere else when I visit family. Hotel is musty, rugs are dingy, toilet doesn't flush, no microwave, TV is scrambled so you can't see plus hardly any channels if you could. Door into the hotel isn't even locked so anyone can just walk in

Location is a very convenient location. Easy access to the LIE. Lobby area is a little dark not as bright and inviting. Only experienced one adverse experience with receiving a call at 3am in the morning regarding check in. Inquired with the staff that I had originally confirmed with and due to this experience I was comped a complimentary breakfast for my inconvenience. The property is nice. Cleanliness is hard to maintain as some of the guests aren’t always mindful about throwing away their garbage. Nice touches of fresh flowers were placed throughout the facility which was refreshing to see. Overall rating is a 4.5.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Hotel. Some staff who stood out to us, were the manager Reggie, front desk employees Jared, Jordan, and from the cleaning staff Glendy and Steven the manager of the cleaning staff manager. These employees have been nothing but inviting, friendly and just very attentive and supportive throughout my stay. All great qualities from the hotel were managified because of these employees. All Employees should get a raise for their expertise in customer service and satisfaction.
