Room is ok. Check in was terrible. Booked through Expedia and paid too. Cannot find name on arrival. Had to wait to 30mins for reception to find name. Found 1 room and second room 15 mins later. Arrived at 8pm tired and reception didn’t know how to prioritise the need to amend the situation. Confirmed we could have 2 room together but after was told we need to wait for them to get rooms ready and in separate area. Why 2 rooms together to begin with and later no room for us. It was a terrible experience. NOT staff fault but more to do with communication and website

Awful and very dirty hotel

This is a terrible hotel I've ever been, only good location and outside with good looking. The room was extremely dirty, even the air inside has lot of dust. I checked out right the 1st night. After that I moved to another hotel call Huong Sen in District 1, it was wonderful and super clean!!
