The hotel has wonderful staff from Tony the concierge to the doorman, wait staff, housecleaning. Everyone was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, I think the hotel may be showing its age. My room had a musty smell and while the included humidifier tried to help, it was not to the best. In addition the hallways had a few humidifiers going as well. Sad to say my second day, my showrer no longer had hot water. I was able to grin and bear it as the weather was so hot and humid. I probably should have said something, but I didn’t want the bother of packing up all my stuff and moving to another room. It’s a beautiful hotel, but I think they may need to do some renovations.

This was an amazing hotel. The service was superb. Everyone was helpful and nice. Definitely get the executive lounge. The breakfast was one of the largest buffets I’ve been through around the world and in the lounge you can have lunch and dinner. The room is a very nice size. Everything about the stay was excellent and the location is easy to find a Grab taxi to go around ho chi Ming city.

The hotel is a grand inside not over stimulating to view as a structure the courtyard entrance cleverly thought out water feature ,but surrounded community is not that impressive the distance landscape is to be appreciated but close surroundings not that” cool”!!!! Food was fine and staff friendly…. It’s a price point stay
