Kalusteet vei kauheasti tilaa, mutta ei ollut niissä kunnolla laatikoita tai hyllyjä. Kokolattiamatto pilasi kokonaisuuden. Hanat hienon näköiset, mutta epäkäytännälliset. Kylpyhuoneen valo paistoi verhojen alareunasta ärsyttävästi suoraan sänkyyn. Hotellin käytävällä haisi home, onneksi huoneessa ei haissut. Club lounge palvelut erinomaiset, erityisesti ruokapuoli - suureet kiitokset kokkille ja kaikille keittiöm työntekijöille. Emme saanet oikein ohjeistusta uloskirjautumisen toiminnasta matkalaukkujen kanssa, joten siihen ei saatu ollenkaan apua. "

"Henkilökunta aivan mahtava! Erityinen kiitos lounge tiimille Ms. Xuân, Ms. Đào and Ms. Yến, Ms Kim Hang: heidän tiimi oli aidosti välittävä, lämmin ja ammattimainen. Kiitos myös aulassa työskentelevalle Happy nimiselle miehelle erinomaisesta palvelusta. Siivous tiimi toiminut erinomaisesti. Hotelli hiukan kauempana keskuksesta, joudu käyttämään taksia, mutta hotellissa on myös oma ilmainen pikkubussi kuljetus keskustaan. Huoneissa oli kosteus, onneksi ei kauhean häiritsevästi. Koko henkilökunnan palvelut tuntuneet aidon ystävälliselle ja hienovaraiselle, koska he eivät oikeasti odottaneet/vaatineet teippiä niin kuin toisessa hotellissa missä olimme. "
