Nam was such a lovely host, very informative, greeted us at the main reception and then shown us around the studio. It was extremely easy to communicate with Nam as he set up a WhatsApp group so if I had any questions, it was easy to ask and be informed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with a lovely shower. 7 eleven was literally round the corner from the main reception which was really convenient, with a little market shop & even a kids play area in the same section. The location itself was perfect to get around the City! Would definitely recommend & will return if I come back to HCM ☺️

This is my favorite apartment in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment is conveniently located, close to the center and has many amenities: gym, swimming pool, cafe, supermarket, etc. The receptionist was very enthusiastic in guiding me to my room and helping me exchange money into Vietnamese currency. The room has a spacious city view, not too noisy, fully equipped with kitchen, pots, pans. The room was very clean, with towels and some personal items. When I asked for more towels, they were also very happy to help. If I have a chance to come back, I will stop by this place!

Standard room was big with a sofa and kitchenette. Shower area was also properly partition. Area is quiet and away from the noisy road which is good considering the constant honking from the traffic. Many local eateries near the hotel with 3 convenience shops just below the buidling. Just note that property is not new so some of the condition may not be ideal. You also have to pay extra fee for cleaning services.

This is the first time I have chosen this place to live, the apartment is located in a building with security around so it is quite safe, there is a magnetic card to enter and exit so I feel very secure. The room is airy and comfortable with a city view, I also have a small kitchen to cook. The bathroom has yellow lights and warm water so I like it very much, it is also very clean and fragrant when I first entered. The owner is very enthusiastic to help me bring pans and other things when I need. Their enthusiasm makes me want to come back many more times!

This apartment is very good. They picked me up and helped me move my luggage to the room, even when I arrived earlier than check-in time, they were still enthusiastic. A few days later I sent my luggage back and they still helped me preserve and keep it for me. Everyone here is very friendly, the security guards and the sales people. There are many delicious foods around and it's convenient to walk. My room has a very clean and convenient small kitchen, the bathroom is new and fragrant, I am very satisfied.

The experience here is worth it. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, he helped me carry my suitcase to the room. The room is very airy, clean and new. There is a window with a beautiful view of the city, a washing machine and a small kitchen, fully equipped. The security here is quite enthusiastic, I feel very safe. There are also many places to eat around and it is close to the center. Thank you for this hotel!

On arrival at first a bit confusing but after we where able to make contact everything went very smooth.Room is decent size city view was obstructed by high rise across the street but still interesting.Pool is very nice but closed on Monday for cleaning communication was answered in less then 10 minutes overall pleasant stay 1-2 km ride by grub to most things to see and do .

The apartment we stayed in was clean and well-prepared upon arrival. The furniture might not be brand new but was comfortable and practical. We booked a 3-bedroom apartment and found it spacious and bright, exactly what we needed for our group. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well-equipped.

It was a comfortable stay and the wifi was good for remote working. The host was good with communication. A few things let it down, upon arrival we had booked an upgraded studio, the photos didn’t match what we had booked. The cutlery was dirty, the pans and glasses were dirty. There was water leaking from next to the toilet but this could’ve been the sink or the Biday. It felt a lot smaller than what we had booked - it matched the photos of a standard studio rather than the ‘style’ or ‘executive’ studio. We communicated this to the host who did the following day move us rooms to what I believe was what we originally booked. However small details again made the cleanliness feel off. The kitchen equipment provided is poor. There is no towel to dry up, we were given one very small glass between us. The sofa cushions were dirty, the walls need a repaint and it all felt like it needed a good revamp and a proper clean, with new furniture. We asked for housekeeping on one day which never showed up, the host was apologetic and provided house keeping the next day. For a self contained studio it really needs a dustpan and brush, and more kitchen equipment. To use the pool you have to message the host which is frustrating but I can understand from the perspective of people who live in the other apartments that, that policy is fair, however the pool is incredibly busy and has 6 sun loungers although it is used by two massive apartment blocks with hundreds if not thousands of residents.
