Absolutely adorable and chill place!!

This place is literally a stone throw from the beach. Adorable, no frills condo with a chill vibe. Perfect for family!! Pool was super clean. We loved it.

Great location!

Property was clean and very close to the beach. Bed was very comfortable. Refrigerator and stove could use an update. Refrigerator ice maker did not work well. And burners on the stove were wonky. Otherwise we ended our stay.

When I did my booking with IVP a member of there staff suggested room 6 over room 4, great suggestion, but with all of the 2nd floor condo’s you do have a good view just from a different angle. The whole complex was very clean also with pool area. Very localized with in walking distance for groceries, restaurants and to the beautiful beach!

This is our 5th stay at this unit since 2006.The one negative I have about this place is that none of the (dated) furniture has been changed since 2006 and it is all looking very tired. Looking at the amount this property is increasing in price next year, I feel it is due an update

Great stay at Bradenton Beach

Great location with ocean views, only steps away from the beach. There are six units in the complex, with a private pool, clean and well maintained. Unit #6 furnishings need updating. The couch had seen better days and beach chairs and umbrella were old. We bought couple new chairs and an umbrella to leave there. Went to the hardware store to get couple screws to repair the unit beach umbrella. It would have been nice if the kitchen had some oil and vinegar, condiments, etc. - a few cooking essentials for people traveling from overseas. Would definitely come back to this property.

Only 6 units in the complex and a private pool. Great ocean view from our unit! Property management company is great and unit was very clean. Only downside is furnishings need updating. Furniture is worn and mattress needs replacing. Beach chairs and umbrella were old and broken. We bought a new chair to leave there and borrowed umbrella from another unit. Would definitely come back to this property, but maybe in another unit.
