Tervetuloa Avaloniin! Kuvat melko paljon sanovat kaiken tämän kauniin 4 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5 kylpy kotiin. Lounais näkymät merelle ovat yksinkertaisesti uskomattomia! Hieno travertiini-marmorista, mukautetusta kova puusta, premium-kalustosta ja rannikkokalusteista - se ei vain ole parempaa kuin Anna Maria Islandilla.

Kolme makuuhuoneista on king-size-vuode ja neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Kaikissa huoneissa on kaunis helmi-laudoitus, custom-lehtipuut, travertiini-marmorilattiat, taulu-HD-TV: t ja houkuttelevat koristeet. Pehmeät, houkuttelevat värit, hienot liinavaatteet ja juuri oikeat viimeistelyominaisuudet tekevät Avalonista ylellinen lomakohde, jota olet etsinyt.

Kotona on myös hissi - mikä helpottaa matkatavaroiden, päivittäistavarakaupan ja matkamuistojen kuljettamista lattiasta lattialle.

Fantastic Property

Our family (toddlers through grandparents) just returned from an amazing two weeks at Avalon (our second stay). This is a beautifully maintained, well appointed home with a beautiful pool just steps from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The management company is very responsive. We've already booked for next year!

Excellent home with great amenities ❤️

We had a wonderful time. The home was perfect for us and has so many extras....including a much needed coffee grinder, many dishes, all types of cookware, many beach toys, chairs, wagon, etc. we all thoroughly enjoyed the hottub snd heated pool, outdoor cooking area. We plan to return definitely ❤️. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

House is stunning

I would have given it 5 stars but for some basic amenities missing, such as no hairdryer or washing machine powder, along with the road construction directly outside the house, which started at 7am and they worked throughout the day. The property itself is built and furnished to a very high standard, our kids and parents loved it!

We loved our week at Avalon. The property is great. We had plenty of room. The pool area is cozy and private. The view from the roof top deck is absolutely amazing. It is virtually steps to a beautiful white sandy beach and since there is no public parking nearby, the stretch of beach in front of the house was not crowded a single day of our stay. The location is great. It’s on a neighborhood street yet close to everything. And to make it even better, AMI Locals makes customer satisfaction their number one priority. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

We came with two families of 4 and the house fit out needs perfectly. Elevator is a nice touch since there were alot of stairs. We did have some issues with the pool temp and hot temp staying warm. It was cold upon arrival and once we figured it out were able to keep playing the game or turning the heat. Property management was on it, and helped us and responded quickly every step of the way. They had tons of pools toys, they had beach toys, chairs, wagan, tents, coolers, anything you woild need for the short walk over to the beach Which was perfect having 4 little kids who want to change clothes, eat, one wants to go back the others dont. This location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed every moment and plan to come back agaim next year for our spring break.

Spectacular home; spectacular service

First - I am always nervous to rent a home rather than a hotel. Don't be. The AMI Locals team are wonderful, personable, helpful, and professional. No issues at all thru the entire rental process and our stay. We had a couple of requests during our visit, in fact, and they responded immediately. The home is amazing. It looks exactly as depicted. As a cook, I can tell you that the kitchen has everything you need. More than you need. Everything worked beautifully. We used the laundry as well. Handy! We were there during the red tide and the city kept the beach clean. There were a few days where we coughed a bit, but otherwise you would not know it was going on. The widows walk on top of the home was amazing for views and watching the sky color with evening storm clouds. The master bedroom was perfect for waking up to the ocean every day. The second master on the main living floor is huge, with a beautiful bath of its own. The pool area is extremely private. The area and the home were quiet. We did not hear any noise other than the birds, the garbage guys on Monday, and the occasional siren from the main road (i think only twice the whole week). The only thing that was a bit off for us that I did not mention to AMI Locals, since it's a personal taste thing, is that all the pillows were a bit too rigid for my preference. I bought a couple at Bed Bath & Beyond and took those home. There was no smell of beach mold anywhere, other than the garage -- sort of expected since it's closed up all the time. I would absolutely come back to this property and would trust renting from AMI locals. Enjoy!

Amazing vacation rental!

We just returned from an amazing week on Anna Maria Island. Avalon was perfect for our needs. Everything was just as it looks in the photos and more. The elevator was a wonderful help getting to the third floor. Our son, daughter-in-law and grandkids practically lived in the pool and hot tub. It’s so relaxing and beautiful down there. We loved the location, everything was so convenient. Just a few steps to the beach. It was one block to the trolley stop, which our grandson loved riding the trolley. It was two blocks from the strip mall with the Walgreens, Smoothie King and Peaches Restaurant. Everything we needed was close at hand. We had some great seafood and some not so great. But, that is to be expected. The reason I did not give a 5 star rating was because of the Red Tide issue. I know a lot of people didn’t really care about that. But, after Gov. Scott declared a state of emergency, and warned people with health issues and young children about the toxic tide, we had considered cancelling our trip. We did have one person in our group with lung and breathing issues and we had a small toddler, so we were concerned. However, AMI Locals was not willing to accept the cancellation and return our fee, even though the health issues were real for us. I know that there were other agencies willing to return rental fees due to Red Tide cancellations. I’m sorry to say that AMI Locals was not one of those. I know they are in business to make money, but sometimes there are more important issues, like ones health. While we had a great time at the house, we could not completely relax because of the Red Tide issue on the beach. Would we come back? Probably, if we didn’t have to deal with Red Tide! We purchased the travel insurance that they recommended, but even the insurance would not cover a cancellation. I wouldn’t waste my money on travel insurance again!

House was as described with ocean views and walk across street to beach. Property managers were easy to communicate with and responsive. We would go back and not hesitate renting from AMI locals.

Perfect week at Avalon House!

We had an amazing week at The Avalon House. It is beautiful, perfectly located, and like the pictures show. The decor is tasteful, and the furnishings are comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, linens and towels, thick and fluffy! The pool was private and the water was delightfully warm! The spa heated quickly and we used it often. Having two friends that required the use of the elevator, it was a blessing to have for them (was in good repair, clean and operated well!) and certainly helped getting our bags in from the cars an well as groceries. Do yourself a favor and stay at Avalon. You will enjoy the entire stay, working with AMI Locals, and we can’t wait to return again!

Great experience!

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island. Great laid back beach vibe.... House is perfectly located across from the beach. Very roomy and comfortable . Backyard has total privacy with pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen was very well appointed. We will definitely be back next year.

Everything was great! The house, the pool, the location, AMI Local. Nothing to complain about or be concerned with.

Family vacation

Beautiful house very close to Beach. The Pool was great after a hot day at the Beach! Appreciated the beach items to use!

Poor Communication, but Great Rental Location

During our stay there was a plumbing issue that caused the entire master suite to be an unlivable space, as well as the entire third floor to smell like sewage. The dirty water from the plumbing issue then dripped from the ceiling vent in the kitchen on top of the island, kitchen table, and floor. The guests who were staying on the third floor ended up leaving a day early due to this issue.  While the AMI team was responsive in sending maintenance out to address the issue. I had requested to speak with a manager to discuss compensation for 2 nights stay or a discounted rate for those two nights. Unfortunately, each time I called the office I was told someone would call me back. This NEVER happened. I had to physically come to the office just to have someone acknowledge this request. The lack of proactive communication made it feel like the request was being purposefully ignored. I would have thought it would be in the interest of AMI Locals to contact us proactively to try and resolve the issue, check on the guest experience, and offer a solution for the guests that had been displaced from their rooms. I prefer to vacation where I trust that I will be able to communicate with the property management in a efficient and timely fashion. Unfortunately we will not be returning to a stay with AMI Locals.

Avalon Beach Getaway

This home could not have been in a better location, one block back from the busy traffic of Gulf Drive, yet just a short walk or drive to a shopping area with a Walgreen’s and Publix grocery store. It had a great view of the ocean from the kitchen/ great room on the main level and master bedroom above. The crow’s nest at the top allowed beautiful sunset views. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, glassware and small appliances- toaster, crock pot, mixer and hand mixer. When we arrived one shower was dripping, but a repairman came that day. Access to the beach was right across the street and it is a great neighborhood for bike riding. The pool and hot tub take up most of the back yard, but mature vegetation shields you from neighbors all around. Near the pool is an outdoor seating area with a mounted TV. We would definitely choose this home again.

Awesome time

We really enjoyed our stay at Avalon! The home was perfect! The view from the top deck was absolutely beautiful,from the sunrises to the sun setting on the ocean. We all loved spending time in the pool. The beach was very nice and not crowded at all. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home! Carol H.
