Tällä majoitusliikkeellä on 7 yön vaatimus. Valituilla ominaisuuksilla on kuitenkin joustavuus lyhyempiin oleskeluihin.


Hemmottele itseäsi saarelomalla, jota et pian unohda ja jää mukavaan huvilaan Anna Marian saarella. Tässä huvilassa on kaikki tarvitsemasi yksityinen uima-allas rauhallisella sisäpihalla, aurinkohuone ja helppo pääsy rannalle.

Sijaitsee Holmesin rannalla alle kahden korttelin päässä Persianlahden valkoisista hiekkarannoista, ja rentoutumista voi käyttää vuorokauden ympäri. Hyppää ilmaiseen vaunuun tutkia saarta ja löytää suosikkikohteesi ja ravintolat! Jos sinulla on suuri ryhmä, vieressä on identtinen huvila, jonka voit vuokrata yhdessä majoittamaan jopa kahdeksan vierasta.

Kun et aurinkoa auringossa kuohuviini-altaan äärellä tai luet auringonhuoneessa, rentoudu sisätiloissa miellyttävässä ilmastoinnissa. Kaasugrilli ja täysin varustettu keittiö antavat sinun tehdä kaikki ateriat, joihin olet tottunut, ja useat pöydät tarjoavat vaihtoehtoja ruokailuun. Valitse pitkän päivän jälkeen katsellaksesi DVD: tä HD-taulutelevisiossa tai surffata ilmaista WiFi-yhteyttä. Voit pakkaa kevyesti, koska voit huolehtia pyykinpesuista yksityisellä pesukoneella / kuivaimella.

Die Location ist super, ABER in dem Haus waren viele Dinge kaputt oder nicht mehr in Ordnung. Vacasa vor Ort hat sich zwar bemüht die Dinge auszutauschen/ reparieren, aber ein Teil war erst am Ende unseres Aufenthalts verbessert. Schade.

Great Villa

We had a great week at this property. Pool had great sun throughout the day. Easy walk to the beach and about a mile into town. Bikes are not needed but a great way to explore the island. Our third time in Anna Maria at a different property every time, this did not disappoint. Two of us on the trip, can fit more but could be tight. Would recommend.

The property was perfect for our week long vacation. The most beautiful beach is a short walk away. White talcum powder like sands and a bath like sea. The property has a fabulous heated and private pool, I spent much of my time in it. The home has everything you need. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and massive. Quite a lot larger than we are used to in the UK. We are already planning our next holiday and we will be hopefully booking the same home.

Excellent place to stay

Great location less than four minute walk to the beach. The pool was very nice. The house did have beach towels and beach chairs. We definitely would rent again.

Nice place

Overall stay was enjoyable. Pool is not private as described since there is only a 4 foot high wall separating the properties.. Location is perfect and the home is well equipped. We will probably look elsewhere next year that has a private pool since we go to the beach 1st half of the days and the pool in the afternoon. We want total privacy while in the pool. If that doesn't matter to you this place is perfect.

Wunderschönes kleines Ferienhäuschen

Das Haus ist wunderbar auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wir haben dort 7 Nächte verbracht und waren begeistert. Es ist ALLES da, was man braucht. Selbst für den Strand und Pool ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei (Sandelzeug, aufblasbare Tiere, Ringe etc., Sonnenschirm, Sonnenstühle). Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz. Einmal über die Straße und man ist eigentlich schon am wunderschönen Strand! Wi kommen definitiv wieder!

great house - close to beach

It was a perfect house / duplex for our family. The pool was nice, short walk to the beach. The house had everything you need. Plenty of parking in front of house and outside seating in front by the pool or in the screened in back porch. Definitely will stay again.

Perfect Stay during Pandemic!

This was the perfect getaway during Covid19. Having our own private pool and grill was the perfect way to stay socially distanced. The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes and the beach access was uncrowded and led out to a pristine beautiful beach. The place was clean upon arrival and stocked with everything we needed. We will be back!

Frustrated with management

The property had no working dryer and no exterior lighting. We stayed two weeks and had to use the local laundromat because we ran out of clothes. The property did reimburse us $25/day for the inconvenience, but can’t give us our time back. The lack of outdoor lighting was extremely dangerous as the pool is in the front very near the door. A repairman came, took two solar lights and placed them on the patio table and told us once they were charged we could place them anywhere we needed. They never worked. Another repairman simply said, “Things break.” This is unacceptable! We visit AMI frequently, always staying in homes or condos, and will never use this company again. We will go back to using AMI Accomodations. Joe & Kathy Mylet

Great place! Very cute! Very clean. No smells like some places. Everything you needed. Having a private pool was so nice. My family has two beach front condos for two weeks every year and does a family trip but they can get a little crowded with florida family coming to visit so we opted to rent our own space this year. The fam is a little hard to impress and even my grandmother liked it!!! Our 4 year old son never likes ANY hotel and even he liked this house! Just cant say enough!! Would def stay again!

Island Oasis

We had a lovely time staying here. The home was very clean and in an ideal location. I knew I wanted to be in the "numbered" streets. I didn't want to be in the thick of things on the northern or southern ends of the island, though both were close enough to feel that things were still completely accessible. The walk to the beach was all of 5-6 minutes, which made for a *perfect* location. We loved the privacy of our own pool and grilling on the back patio. We'll definitely be back!!! I've already told a few people about what a perfect little place it is for a beach getaway!
