Optional pool heat up to 86 F and spa heat up to 100 F is available from November to April at $150/week. Optional spa heat only is available May-September for $75/week. Pools are serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance.
