If you are looking for a great place to stay in Anna Maria Island and want to be close to the beach you will love these condos. They are located literally on the beach front at Holmes Beach with a private heated pool, large private deck area and outdoor gas grill barbecue. Each condo also has designated parking in front of the building.

There are two condos available for rental, both with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Next door you'll find the 'Café on the Beach', serving homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with live music from 6pm. There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the Café. Close by on the beach there are volleyball courts and a playground.

Our first time using VRBO was a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was unbeatable with a beautiful beach view right from the room. Parking was excellent, the bedroom was clean, the pool area was lovely, and the owner was very easy to communicate with.However, the unit itself needs urgent attention. The furniture was extremely dirty and had a noticeable odor. The coffee table was so heavy that I was unable to move it to see if the sofa bed was even usable. We also encountered several functional issues:Door & Windows: The sliding door was nearly impossible to open and had visible mold in the tracks.Kitchen: The dishwasher displayed an error code throughout our stay, the toaster was broken, and the sink lacked a drain plug.Bathroom: The faucet was crooked with poor water pressure and the sink drained slowly. The toilet paper holder was holding on by a thread, and the shower handle was so loose that the internal plumbing felt unstable whenever it was turned on.Furniture: The dresser drawers pull out completely if you aren't careful, and one was actually broken with nails sticking out.While the view is 5-stars, the interior condition unfortunately didn't match the current photos or the price point. It has the potential to be a great rental, but it requires significant deep cleaning and repairs."Note for future guests: The building has been painted white and no longer matches the current listing photos

We had our original reservation, from a different management company, cancel. We had already booked our flights and did not want to cancel the trip.We chose this unit based off the location on the VRBO map. Being familiar with the area, and the homes on 36th Street, we were certain we knew exactly where we would be staying. It wasn’t until a few days before the trip, when we received the unit address, we noticed the location was not on 36th Street and on 39th. When we arrived at the unit it was nothing like the listing photo. The location of this unit is fantastic, it is right on the beach, it is however on a public area with busy parking lots and a lot of activity. It is a very walkable place close to Publix, CVS, etc… The positives of the unit are certainly location, the bed is very comfortable and the AC was amazing. The unit is very outdated, beat up and was dirty. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were clean with plenty of fresh clean linens.A deep clean, fresh coat of paint, updated furniture and repairs would go a long way. This unit could be Fantastic! I have attached photos showing areas of concern. The deadbolt was broken which made us a little uneasy staying so close to the public beach parking. If the listing reflected the property I would probably feel differently. Would we stay here again? Yes if the unit was updated.

Very cozy and comfortable. Convenient to beach and restaurant and grocery store. The unit itself could use a little TLC or upgrading. Would love to see a few more items in the kitchen for guests who eat in/cook breakfast — pot holders would be great. Just little things.

My wife and I really enjoyed or stay. The unit was clean with plenty of closet and dresser space coral our clothes. The bed and furniture was very comfortable . The location was the best thing about it all. Steps from the beach! Will definitely be back.

The apartment is quiet and well located. The view of the beach is superb. On the minus side, the furniture and decor are old and shabby, and not attractive; the heating/cooling fan is too loud to keep on at night; the layout of the unit is strange, involving a long narrow corridor between bedroom and bathroom and another bathroom door that opens directly onto the kitchenette; a kitchenette stocked with absolutely nothing (not even basics like salt & pepper, sugar, mustard, etc., and has only one teaspoon in the grab-bag collection of mismatched cutlery). We paid 330 per night, For that ambitious price we expected a higher standard of accommodation. The owner is responsive enough, although I had to ask three times before we got an extra roll of toilet paper beyond the two rolls of the cheapest flimsiest TP imaginable that were there when we arrived. The maps in the unit are from 2018… kind of strange in the hospitality industry. This place needs a lot more attention to and investment in quality, considering what the owner is charging.

This location is incredible. Steps from the beach and if you don’t feel like playing in the sand, there’s a pool right outside your door. Plenty of outdoor tables and umbrellas to enjoy. Managers and staff were very helpful and very friendly. I will definitely be back.
