This elegant residence is newly renovated and located in one of the most desirable and expensive stack of the building. Best place to watch Friday's Fireworks at the comfort of your own private balcony! Ilikai is an iconic building located next to Hawaiian Hilton Village and many Waikiki attractions and restaurants just few steps away from Waikiki strip.

A true one-bedroom unit, with solid wall to ensure complete privacy for the master bedroom and your guests.
Fully equipped kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to prepare simple to gourmet meals. It is perfect for vacationing singles, families or business people and honeymooners! We just upgraded our beautiful place with new queen size sofa sleeper and 2 flat screen TV's. 50 inch TV in the living room and smaller TV in the bedroom. Wireless Internet included.

The Ilikai is an iconic building and you will fall in love with this hotel as soon as you enter open air lobby that features waterfalls, beautiful trees, fire torches that are lid up every night and many seating areas to enjoy beautiful ocean or sunset views. There is an Aroma Coffee Shop, famous Cinnamon's Restaurant with delicious food and Mai Tais, grocery store and many other small shops in the lobby of the Ilikai.
Guests will be able to enjoy two separate pools on the property, Friday night Hula show and Aloha Friday fireworks at Hilton Hawaiian Village just next door.

Guests will be provided with property manager's and assistant's phone numbers in case they need any assistance throughout their stay in Hawaii.

Honolulu is synonymous with the worldwide fame of Waikiki Beach. Known for its white sand beaches, clear water and ideal surfing conditions, Waikiki Beach is a popular destination for locals and holidaymakers alike. The beach is accessed publicly in many locations and is comprised of eight sections. Surfing, swimming, sand combing or relaxing in the sun – Waikiki Beach has it all!

Ilikai Building is in a prime location next to Hawaiian Hilton Village and few minutes’ walk to Ala Moana shopping center, Waikiki strip and many restaurant, beaches and attractions. Many of our guests choose not to get a car since everything is located just few steps away and Uber and taxi services are available 24 hours. There is a bus stop as well as Biki (new bike sharing services throughout Honolulu) station just outside of Ilikai Building.
If you decide to make a trip around the Island there are many rental car agencies located in Waikiki and Advantage Car Rental Company is located at the lobby of Ilikai.
If you choose to rent your own car there are few parking options:
1. Public paid parking on the ocean side of the building (currently $1/hour)
2. Valet parking is $28/day with in and out privileges
3. Self-parking at Ilikai Marina Building next door is $23/day with in and out privileges

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all Ilikai condos and balconies. Smoking inside of the unit or balcony will result in a loss of security deposit.

AC
We kindly ask to turn off AC when you are not at home. Please close balcony doors when you are using AC.

Internet
The Internet username and password are written on the modem (black box with a white sticker in front of it). If you have any issues connecting please make sure you entered correct username and password. If you still are having problems connecting please reboot the modem by unplugging from the outlet for 2 minutes first and then plugging it back.

Trash Disposal and Washer and Dryer
Trash chute and coin operated washer and dryer are located on the same floor next to elevators.

Great view! Great location! Resort style amenities, restaurants, ice cream and convenient store in lobby. Easy access to pool, beach and lagoon. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Short drive to many sight seeing attractions. Well stocked kitchen, linens and beach toys and chairs. Friday night luau and fireworks were unexpected surprises!

Great convenient location

Very close by Waikiki beach and lagoon, two pools were easy for afternoon downtime. Suite could use a bit of updating but had mostly everything we needed. Dainora was super helpful and accommodated our travel schedule with early check in and late check out.

Perfect location! Everything we needed was there for my family. Check in was easy and convenient. The manager was wonderful at accommodating and although I had to make a last minute request, communication was prompt! Thank you so much! Our family had a wonderful time.

Consistently Excellent

This is our fifth visit to Honolulu and second time at the Ilikai. This condo is exactly as advertised and everything was just great. Remy is an excellent communicator and took care of anything we needed (which was just to add parking because of our last-minute plans). The unit was stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs that we put to good use!

Just what we needed

Excellent VRBO! The condo is just as it shows online. So cute with everything we needed and nothing missing! So nice to have both a Keurig AND a pot coffee maker. Very happy and will get to stay here again next time we come to Oahu.

Had a great stay!

The unit was nice, even though the building could use some updates! The unit only had two beach towels so if more than two of you are staying , you may want to either bring one or pick one up at one of the 100 ABC stores. The pool area is quite small, but let's face it, it's an island... Find a beach and play! My favorite restaurant is named Goof'y's, about a 3 minute walk from the Ilikai. Fresh, local and organic. Delicious! The view was fantastic and I loved waking up every day and watching the surfers from the lanai. Renting a car was also most definitely the way to go in order to see the island.

Fantastic Stay All Around!!

The pictures are exactly accurate!! What great views from a large private balcony! The room was perfect; location, views and in room amenities made this a fantastic place to stay! The manager will respond promptly if any questions. The difference with this room versus hotels is the personalized touch and care, with little extras that you can borrow in room (sunscreen, beach towels and chairs) The room is fully stocked with all towels, kitchen wares, spices and cooking necessities. Super close walk to beach, pools and food. The Ilikai Resort itself offers convenient valet parking if you rent a car, a ice cream parlor, and mini market on lobby level. Room and balcony is so pleasant you find it easy to just hang out there. I definitely recommend this condo and will stay here again on our next Oahu trip.

Ilikai VRBO

The rental was exactly what it showed in the pictures especially the view. The patio door was very difficult to open on the bedroom side so we had to leave it closed and the other side was just ok to move. The dishwasher leaves detergent grains in the cups and bowls so you will always have to hand wash if you want that removed. It worked fairly well for our small family. The other issue we had was at the pool. It’s full of old crabby People and a unfair pool attendant who was always telling the young kids to stop splashing or jumping. They wouldn’t say anything to adults or teens. If you have young children who want to splash and have fun in a pool this isn’t the place. The staff at the pool and the old residents really put a damper on my sons fun. The fireworks are quit spectacular and the beaches are clean. Dealing with the property manager was very easy and they are very nice.

Wonderful

This condo was just as described. It was perfect for me and my husband. Danoria answered any questions promptly and was very accommodating. It was clean and quiet. If we ever make it back Oahu this will be the only place we would consider. Way better than a small hotel room!!

VIEWS

What can I say? The best views in Waikiki, perfect location and emterance to the strip, access to the beach within 3 minutes walk, 3$ parking in the lot behind the hotel, parasailing rental in the same parking lot. All around, a perfect escape. Meticulously maintained and cleaned, I could not have been happier with our stay. Out only regret was not spending more time at our place!!

Perfect Condo

For the items that are important to us: location, views, comfort, cleanliness, communication and being well stocked, this condo was perfect. From this condo were able to walk to restaurants, the beach and our snorkeling excursion without any problems. Upon arriving the condo was clean and well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Dainora was great in answering every question that we had very timely both before and during our trip. In addition the condo property was beautiful and had tons of convenient shops onsite. I highly recommend this property and specifically this condo unit.

Perfect location and so convenient to walking everywhere!

We love the Illikai and have been staying here every time we visit Oahu for about 10 years! We love the pool and the view is amazing! Breakfast on our lanai every morning after a swim, watching the boats and surfers is our favorite part of our trip! Beautiful!

Paradise fun!!

We really enjoyed staying here. The location is great for the beach, walking, jogging or surfing. Restaurants and ABC stores are all within walking distance. The room is on the tenth floor and a great view of the pools, lagoon and ocean. The room itself has all that you will need to bathe, cook and enjoy the beach. Really liked the rice cooker. Buying one when we get home. Nice comfortable mattress and pillows. A great place to stay!

Great location and view!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The lanai was large and we enjoyed opening the doors every morning to let in the fresh air. We enjoyed the location as well. The only downside was that many of the restaurants in that area were not fully opened yet, so we had to venture out farther for food.
