The unit was just like the picture, everything was comfortable (bed, couch, bar stools). The view was awesome and just a short walk to the beach area (8 min). You could walk or take a uber/lift to shopping and restaurants and walk back. Nothing was too far, with 15-20 min walk. Communication was great, when I had questions before and during the stay the property management company responded quickly. I would absolutely stay there again.

Unit was very nice and clean. Good parking and very convenient. Kitchen well equipped. Building amenities under renovation, so no place to relax outside of the unit. Other common areas in the building were old. Lot of noise due to the pool deck renovation. Some blackout shades would be helpful.

The Only Way To Stay When in Waikiki

The Penthouse Was truly amazing when i first opened the room door and seen the view from the bedroom window i literally said OH MY GOD out loud its that AMAZING . The room was extremely clean and nice and cold. We had no issues what so ever and the host was extremely responsive to any question we had which wasn't many . We will 100% be staying in this penthouse again when we come for our yearly trip. Parking was easy and quick and just everything about it was A and when your in the elevator and people see you hit the 38th floor they always have something to say lmao like OH WOW YOU GUYS HAVE A PENTHOUSE LOL so it makes you feel good .Do not hesitate to book this room you ONLY LIVE ONCE and its a room you will forever remember. Thanks again for a trip that will forever be remembered .

Perfect view and location!

The listing is exactly how the condo looks once you arrive! We were a block from the beach and walked all over Waikiki! We enjoyed the free parking which made traveling all over the island easy! We always had parking and felt comfortable! Security was great especially after we witnessed a fight break out at the entrance of the parking garage. The room is as described, always hot water and the water pressure in the shower is amazing! Few issues that needed fixed, the outlets near the bed do not work, no hair dryer which both were not a Problem because there are plenty of plug ins everywhere. Surround sound does not have a remote? You get one small blanket otherwise you sleep with a thin sheet. I do not like that you only get two beach towels and two normal towels for your entire stay. It costs more to get extra which for the price we pay is ridiculous. The washer and dryers are not efficient and require multiple times to dry towels. Trash Shute was easy to access at the end of the hall. Let’s talk about the electors. There are a total of 4 and usually only 2 work. You are crammed in like sardines. People waited anywhere from 45 to 1 1/2 hours to get on one. On the top floor you wait a long time. The workers are very rude when it comes to elevators, they will squeeze on one with their carts and do not care. Truly rude for people who pay a lot of money to stay at your place.Otherwise perfect stay! Would stay here again

We were pleased with the view from the property and with the amenities. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and the bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view of ocean and downtown Waikiki. Clean, modern, roomy and safe. Kitchen well equipped. Beach chairs, towels and cooler provided for day trips or short walk to beach. Laundry at end of hall, can pay with app so no change needed! Great hotel amenities and small on site grocery and café are awesome. Walk to restaurants for some of the best food around. Affordable buses also easily accessed for luxury shopping or sightseeing. We rented a car and appreciated having parking included!! Security folks very friendly and garage is safe and secure.
