They did not offer room service, but yet they charge you for room service. The staff was extremely rude rude when asked if the room can be cleaned definitely would not recommend.

The location was great. The bed and the pillows were like a rock. The chair on the lanai had missing slat which made it very difficult to sit on. No comfy chair in the room. The room was very small. Found a pair of ladies underwear in the spare blanket. We booked a kitchenette and never got it. It was a very disappointing two week stay.

I liked that they had parking, but there was always water on the ground in the parking facility. I didn't like the gaps between the screen and jalousies. Just kept thinking roaches would come in. I liked how it was convenient to walk anywhere for shopping and eating at different places. I was surprised that staying for 7-days there was no maid service. I did like the access of filtered water and ice. The pool and bar area was nice.

It was clean, which I highly appreciate. Many small things around the room were broken/old but for the price it was to be expected. The staff were very polite and accomodating. The pool/jacuzzi and little tiki bar were adorable. I would book here again.

We really liked the location of the hotel for our stay. It was convenient to many attractions and food. The hotel is quite old and showing its age in it's rooms and accomidations. We had to have our shower fixed during our stay as it had no pressure. It was also a bit inconvenient to have to pay a significant cleaning fee and only have our room cleaned once. But this could be overlooked for the price of our stay. We were lucky and able to get parking for our rental car but I understand this is not always the case so book early.

I loved that there was a restaurant and bar right inside and also a very nice clean pool with hot tub! Everyone was so great! I didn't like the cleaning fee charge but what can you do? Staff were all super friendly and I would love to come back. Ocean is in walking distance!

Really nice hotel with friendly staff and a big room with kitchen a 3 balconies, it has everything you need, the downside is it doesnā€™t include housekeeping service and you need to request everything at the front desk even towels. The worst part was the terrible noise from a construction site right next to the hotel with machines working at 7:00 am, itā€™s unbelievable they got authorization to start so early.

On December 23. 2024 approximately 2324 hours, i iakopo Leota checked in to my room and got my kids in bed after a ling trip for them from Ft Riley Kansas and i iakopo came from deployment on special leave crossing 2 continents. My 2 boys 9 and 8 years old were tired and i got my kids into bed after checking in and then came down to the desk and asked about where do.i parked my vehicle and was told i should had got a smaller vehicle to fit in the garage and my jeep rental could not fit and was told by the technician and given a paper to go look fkr parking and pay another additional money out of my pocket for the toll after i had paid in full for my hotel room and garage together but after looking for parking for 12 minutes alond the canel and around the area i had gotten upset due to the fact my young children was asleep up in the rooms by themselves and i had to go look for parking lot and pay more additional money to the toll. The garage space had other suv taking 2 space. I spoke to technician and said i need my money back because im tired and crossed 2 continent from deployment to pick up my kids from Kansas and looking for parking for 12 minutes left my tired children upstairs in the room while i went out to go hunt for a parking spot and i didn't breach hotel policy and informed the technician yall did as a agency and also informed im going to call HPD if i was not to receive my full refund back but the technician did refund me back. I was nit happy of my stay.

Peaceful Tropical Oasis

This is a smaller hotel for Waikiki only 12 floors but seemed to be fully occupied so I felt that it was popular. The location is excellent, bus stop across the road and food and shopping within easy walking distance. Travelling solo I had a small room, but it was large enough for one. I had a small view of the sea from my lanai which considering the location 2blocks back from the beach was good. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool is my favourite part of the complex, it is a little peaceful oasis in a bustling city.
