The building has a shared pool and an on-site laundry room both on the 5th floor. The lobby consist of small eateries such as Maleko Coffee & Pastries, Bento Boxes, a pizzeria that serves excellent pizza, and Cream Pot(Hawaiian Monarch Hotel`s country-style breakfast & lunch eatery with coffee, eggs Benedict & crêpes.).

There is also an on-site gym which is a $5 registration that can be done at the security office on the lower lobby level(LL).

Also located on the LL there is a waiting area which is perfect for doing work as there are multiple outlets around.

Checking is done directly through the lockbox. However should you need something I can be available to help you if need. Best way is to message me in the app or text me on my phone.

The Hawaiian Monarch is located at the gateway of Waikiki with easy access in and out of Waikiki. It considered one of the more quiet parts of Waikiki but still has some access to some well known restaurants nearby. Most notably, Creampot, a brunch spot with country-style breakfast/lunch eatery, which is actually located in the same building. Ala Moana Shopping Center is about a 15 minute walk. International Marketplace is also around a 15 minute walk. My personal favorite perk is Food Truck Park which is a parking lot full of different kinds of food around the island.

We are now renting our very own car through Turo for our guests! I have two cars currently please take a look or message me about them. I also have a moped for rent if you are more adventurous in exploring the island!

Parking is paid per 24-hours and costs $45/day(ONLY CASH) in the garage. However we are now renting our very own car through Turo for our guests! I have a few cars available for rent, so please ask. I also have a moped for rent if you are more adventurous in exploring the island!

Lastly water maintenance and general maintenance around the building are performed year round. There is a very small chance that one of the days in your reservation there will be work being done in the building which will affect your unit. I will of course let you know well beforehand. (example: water shutoff for maintenance, usually only lasts a couple hours.). These jobs are completely sanctioned by the hotel and is out of my control. I hope you can understand in these very rare instances.
Guests should avoid tracking in excessive sand into the unit. Please rinse off any sand and mud before returning to the Hawaiian Monarch. In Hawaii, It’s customary to take shoes off before entering a home please do so as it helps maintain our floors a bit better. Fee of $20 dollar will be submitted via claim per towel that our housekeeper is unable to clean due to excess dirt/makeup etc.
