I've stayed at the Outrigger several times. The staff is very friendly. At the guest services (front desk), Ligaya helps with accommodations and is very attentive. The waitresses at Duke's are very friendly. Especially Holly, who works in the pool area. I would like to thank the waitresses from Hula Grill: Lynn, Enah, and Brooke for their attentive service. Thanks also to the guys from the swimming pool: Oly, Piter and Benjamin. They were always cheerful and friendly. The house keeper was cleaned well and towels were changed daily. The hotel management was excellent. We felt like we were at home.

Very loud street noise normally until 1:00 AM Carpet in room was quite worn Staff great I could not afford the breakfast buffet at Duke's I LOVE Dukes!!! Could have gone up to Hula Grill Air conditioning worked fine Very loud street noise normally until 1:00 AM So easy to get to the beach

Great housekeeping attendant Tionna. Hotel had a great welcoming vibe. Finally enjoyed the beach on a trip. And just relaxed, drank and ate good fun while listening to great music.

Location was amazing! The vip lounge was perfect. Having breakfast daily, drinks and light dinner with the beautiful view .. thank you Expedia for the free VIP access. Literally steps from the beach. I would totally ata there again. Close to everything.
