This studio is less than 100yards from the beach. With simple but homey vibe and accommodates a couple or small family, this is the perfect space to stay when visiting Waikiki. Includes parking next door on the same street with first come first serve parking available. Nearby the zoo, shops, and more make this a very comfortable getaway when visiting Waikiki.

CHECK IN
• Check-in will be done in person. We have a guest host who will meet you at the property, familiarize you with the place and answer any questions you may have (both about our apartment and local hotspots for dining and entertainment).

Parking is based on availability in the unit and it is first come first serve. It is only for the top level of parking as the downstairs parking is all assigned stalls.

Parking does not include moped parking as those are reserved for permanent residents of the building. However there is a daily moped rental shop on the same block as the building.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES:
For your convenience, laundry rooms are available on the first floor/lobby level.
It is easily accessible just straight out of the elevator, around the corner. The machines can be operated using either coins or an app.

TRASH
• Trash bin (dumpster) located on basement level.

Self check in is not currently available yet so I will coordinate a time with you to get checked in and answer any questions you may have.

LOCATION
• Waikiki Beach - 2 minute walk.
• Honolulu Zoo - across the street.
• Kapiolani Park & the Shell Theater - 4 min walk.
• Central Waikiki - 6 minutes to all the shops and restaurants.

Other things to note
• Beach gear rentals on the beach
• There`s a bike rental place and a moped rental place just at the end of the street.
• We have an ABC store (local convenience store), a Starbucks and a Domino`s pizza place all with a 2-3 min walk.

There are bus stops located on Kapahulu Ave, less than a block away, as well as Biki stations (bikeshare). Very easy to commute. If you have a car, use the keyfob to open the upper parking area (lower is assigned). It is `first-come-first-serve` If you`re unable to find parking at night, you can pay for parking at the zoo or there are usually some free stalls on Monsarra or Kalakaua Avenue by Kapiolani park, which is east of the condo.

Best way to get access to the freeway and is via Kapahulu avenue. Take Ala Wai Blvd to get to Ala Moana Shopping center quickly.

Please note that the building does not allow lockboxes on the property, so check-in will be done in person. We`ll coordinate a time to meet, preferably between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. If you’re arriving later, we can accommodate a late check-in, though a late check-in fee will apply. Early check-ins and other times outside this window may also be possible—just let us know in advance.

Please note that all late check-ins after 10 p.m. will incur a $50 fee.

As for the balcony, there’s no chair or table—it’s a standing space. It overlooks another building, with a few trees in view. While it may not offer the most scenic outlook, it’s still a nice spot to catch some fresh air.
If you have time do the dishes before you leave.

Absolutely no smoking on property, if you need to smoke please go across the street.

If using Maui Babe browning lotion, or any other tanning lotion, please make sure to rinse yourself off very well before toweling off. These lotions WILL stain the white bath towels.

Please do not feed the birds there will be a cleaning charge for excessive droppings. Pigeons are homing creatures and will return if there are sources of food.

If you’re planning to use the beach equipment please be sure to clean off as much sand as possible before returning to the condo.

Please do not hang clothes or anything off the lanai.
