Enjoyed our visit but awful sleeping bed!

Loved that our room was a high floor above street noise with view of harbor. BUT, it had a horrendously uncomfortable bed (low platform with hard, ungiving mattress) that left us with backaches the 4 nights we were there. Expensive food both at hotel & surrounding area. Picked up food items at ABC store across the street. We enjoyed the fireworks display Friday nite by the lagoon, and shopping at resort next door. Glad we were close to bus pickup for great Pearl Harbor tour of the AZ Memorial, Midway battleship, air museum, etc. A great day!

Very clean hotel. The pool was clean and good size. Close enough to walk to places for food and shopping. Small beach area nearby as well. Hotel concierge was very helpful with local activities. Our view was beautiful. Loved having a balcony with chairs.

Not sure how this property got a 4.5 star average, the room was under stocked, limited towels, limited paper towel, only one charging port, and the room keys stopped working after using them once!! The line up for new room keys was long, and they tried blaming us for not knowing how to use a room key!! Would never stay here again. This gets 2 star review and nothing more

Good location

The staff were great, conciege eva was so helpful and informative. The room was spacious kept clean and house keeping was good, the location is a little walk from main bars etc but accessible. The harbour and beach front is lovely. Pool and happy hours are good. The only complaint is the lift noise which no matter what room you have ypu can hear the lifts - please supply doors in hallway to sort this out as hotel is special

The hotel staff was amazing! The property has two lovely pools and is located on a beach that we saw 6 turtles snorkeling at! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location at the edge of the Waikiki hotel strip. There was an ABC market conveniently located right at the corner. This hotel was connected to neighboring hotels which made it easy to walk around, something akin to Vegas. From the pool, the Hilton Lagoon and actual beach are only a 5min walk. Also, the large outdoor mall was only a 15 min walk right over the bridge. Staff was excellent in customer service and providing amenities (water bottles, towels, etc). Lastly, because the hotel is located at the edge of the resort strip there was low traffic on the street where the main entrance is located which made entering and leaving in Uber and with our car Rental super easy.
