This lovely Waikiki studio features a minimalist design, yet includes all the essentials for a great stay! Located at the secure Kuhio Village building, right off of Kuhio Ave., our guests enjoy easy access to the newly built International Market Place, lively Kalakaua Ave, world-famous Waikiki Beach, and much more!

This home is a pet-friendly studio with private lanai, 2 twin beds (sleeps 1 each, 2 total), folding dining for 2, kitchenette and full bath. Sleeps 2 guests total and is located on the 9th floor of Tower 2. Elevators are available.

KITCHEN/DINING
This home includes a kitchenette with a hot plate (portable stove), microwave, coffee pot, full size fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware. Folding dining for 2 is stored in the closet for guest's optional use.

LIVING/SLEEPING AREA
This unit includes two twin beds (sleeps 1 each, 2 total), open closet, and flatscreen TV.

BATH
This unit includes a full bath with tub/shower combo and separate single sink vanity area.

OUTDOOR AREAS
This home features a private lanai with city and partial mauka (mountain) views.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The Kuhio Village community offers elevators, secured entry, security, building manager and 2 paid parking lots at either entrance.

PARKING
This home does NOT come with parking. Paid parking is offered based on availability by the attached garage for a daily fee of approximately $25-35/day. Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is ran by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

The Kuhio Village offers easy access to Honolulu’s most upscale offerings, the newly built International Market Place and Duke’s Lane. Take a short walk to Kalakaua Ave, where you'll find the restaurant- and boutique-filled Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and white sand beaches with surf lessons and beach rentals galore! Close to Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and Diamond Head State Monument.

The host’s conduct was abysmal at best. The advertisement is highly misleading. The amenities were extremely poorly maintained. Health, safety and security were highly compromised and the unit overall hazardous and filthy. The bed had not been made and appeared to have been slept it, the bathroom was in a state of despair, the hallways and common areas were unkept, a towel hanger appeared to have been ripped from the wall, there were stains on the mattress pad(s), the floor in the bathroom was in disrepair, the bathroom tub was filthy, the closet was unorganized with an iron, light bulbs, a rusted fan haphazardly piled, Raid MAX was located under the bathroom sink, the toilet was not clean, the shower curtain rod stained, an aerosol deodorizer was located atop the toilet tank, the bathroom outlet was encrusted with debris, a pillow was stained, a “hot plate” was encrusted with debris, a toaster was encrusted with debris, a microwave was encrusted with debris, exposed wiring was observed and a single electrical strip powered more than one appliance in addition to the television, the doorway was unsecured and pry marks were visible with rust throughout the hinges and strike plate, the door was filthy, the air conditioner was in disrepair and filthy and the sliding glass door did not lock. I attempted to resolve the matter with the host requesting a full refund and was deferred to VBRO.

After booking my stay found out that unit was not available so I was offered another similar room complimentary night. NEVER received a refund or that complimentary night. Inquired over 7 times and gave them a chance for over 3 weeks regarding that. Not the cleanest place.

Perfect place to sleep and cook something small. Who stays in their hotel or condo when at a tropical island? It was perfect to go back to to whine down and relax before heading out for another adventure. Cute little place and loved being on the balcony. I would do this condo again.
