The condo was comfortable, clean, well furnished and equipped. Parking was available in the same property and reasonably priced. We were very well satisfied with all aspects of accommodations and gladly recommend it.

We have stayed at this condo complex before & had a great experience which is why we came back. We had a different unit this time and it was very disappointing. The plus at this complex is the location. It's near many restaurants, bars & the beach as well as the Ala Moana Mall. It has a parking garage if you rent a car. It's expensive but worth it as parking in Waikiki is hard to find. The view of the marina from these condos is stunning. But this particular unit is so in need of some TLC. The kitchen & bath are semi updated but the whole unit needs painting. The walls were dirty & there are large cracks running down the wall in the bedroom area. The bed is a cheap platform base & the mattress is very uncomfortable. It creaked like it was going to break every time we turned over. Also, the unit is on the 3rd floor & right above the Harbor Bar. Very noisy. We could hear all the music & partying every night. As if that wasn't bad enough, the air conditioner is so loud it woke us up in the night on more than one occasion. One night someone in the complex was doing some remodeling or something which is fine if they stop at 5 or 6 PM but this was so loud & distracting well after that time that we called the property manager James to complain. It did stop when we did that. Due to the condition & location of this unit, I would not recommend it. James was very responsive & nice & so was the security staff.

Place was good with full kitchen and bedroom. Problem was the extremely loud and unbearable jack hammering during the day which made completely impossible to stay during the day. My grand baby that was visiting was terrified and had to pack up her things and head out. We were told we’d get a discount for the inconvenience but got ghosted when I contacted them again. We had other family coming in after us and told them not to book in this building.

The property manger, location and unit were good. We enjoyed our time and had the basics needed for our stay. Having beach chairs was a nice touch! A few things in the unit weren't great...the mattress was broken on one side (sunk into springs, flat to boards when sitting on it), the rice cooker had no lid so we couldn't use it and the knives were so dull we couldn't cut anything. Having a full kitchen means people plan to cook/utilize it. There was a slight musty oder to the complex, yet the unit was good. The balcony wasn't what was pictured, no chairs and only two people could fit standing. The property managers were attentive and responsive, even when the building lost power for 18 hours!

Enjoyed our stay. Have stayed in this building many times and the location works very well for us. Love the views of the harbor and ocean from this property but the view from this particular unit isn’t great because of the low floor. The unit was well appointed and comfortable and was clean … only reason I gave it a 4 for cleanliness is because of under kitchen sink was really dirty and inside of garbage cans were also very dirty….otherwise it was clean

Spacious unit with a very nice lay out. Property is well maintained, clean with lots of amenities. Manager allowed us to enter early to store our bags. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We liked the convenience of the location. We did not appreciate the horribly uncomfortable bed or the fact that the condo is located directly above a bar which has loud bands playing every single night. A good night sleep is important to me. The horribly noisy bathroom fan really needs to be addressed also. Aside from those things it is a very nice condo. I will not rent this unit again or recommend it to others due to the noise from the bar and the horrible mattress.

Depends on what you’re looking for

Good spot if you’re there to party. Bad spot if you have kids and want to get a good night’s rest. Beds not very comfortable, very loud party boats and parties going till the early morning hours. If we were young and without kids it would have been ideal.

Great Location for the Beach and Downtown

Loved we could see the water & beach from our balcony. However, condo sits right above bar/restaurant and they play load music until midnight. That was a little hard to deal with on the days we had a full day of hiking or fun in the sun. There was no info on the parking situation and ticket pass purchase. If you stay for a week or more buy the weekly ticket and ONLY SCAN THAT TICKET COMING AND GOING…. Do not pull any more parking tickets coming into the garage. This would have been helpful to know. Also if we could have just paid a little extra during our rental for a parking pass that would have been even better!!!! A pizza cutter would be nice to add to your inventory list, & kitchen towels. Bed is hard and you can feel the springs. However ..,, we could see the water every morning with our coffee. Thank you for the stay, Ronnie & Renae Minnesota

Honolulu isn't our kind of town...

But, hey. That's not the fault of the property owner! This unit is directly above the Chart House Waikiki and it can be noisy as the Chart House keeps their windows open and the drinks are strong!
