The rooms were very clean and modern, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved that they had a shuttle to the airport that was very close it was super convenient. It was also nice that there was a restaurant on site and that breakfast was offered as there are not any restaurants or stores near the hotel. They do charge for breakfast which we felt was pricey, and the restaurant was also expensive for what it was but the convenience was worth it to us.

The room was spotless and the staff when I checked in was extremely professional and nice. I had an issue with my tv and I called the front desk and he called the cable company and had them fix it and called me to make sure it was working. Room was very clean, and ready for an early check in. We had breakfast and it was a buffet but the cook prepared the egg, sausage, bacon and potatoes freshly and brought the plates to our table, while we helped ourselves to different juices, coffee, muffins and a variety of bagels and other breads. There was also cereals and oatmeal choices. The cook as well as the desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had a great stay.

🚨 ALERT: Birthday Celebration Turned Roach Nightmare — THINK TWICE Before Staying Here! 🚨 What was supposed to be a fun family-and-friends birthday celebration quickly turned into a roach motel experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Hobby Airport on Monroe Boulevard, Houston, Texas. Imagine stepping into the shower only to be greeted by a roach crawling around the bathroom. Disgusting, disappointing, and completely unacceptable—especially from a hotel carrying the Hilton name. Who wants to shower like that? We immediately notified hotel staff and followed up with emails to corporate. The response? Apathy. No real concern, no meaningful resolution—just a sense that this is somehow normal business practice. It’s not. This place needs to be fumigated ASAP. Cleanliness and guest safety should be non-negotiable, and this stay fell far below even basic standards. Anyone thinking of staying here should seriously think twice. A birthday celebration shouldn’t come with unwanted pests and indifference. I want my money back!
