A hairy arrival

The arrival to our suite was greeted with these gross encounters. We emailed the GM and was hoping for a response, still have not heard back. Don't want anything in return other than acknowledgement towards the housekeeping needing to be better. The rooms were otherwise, in good condition and were very nice and spacious. This was just very ick worthy upon arrival. Syrup on the utensils and previous guest hairs all other the bathroom shower. No thank you.

Home away from Home.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel really like the suite the 2 queen beds and the kitchen with all the essentials. Didn't do breakfast but one day but the variety of food was great. The area of location was great near shopping areas.

Great...but it could had been excellent

Overall satisfied with stay, barring few things noted below: 1) No bath tub in the room 2) Bathroom had sliding door and no handle on it. So difficult to close 3) Too low water pressure in the shower. 4) No body lotion in the bathroom, had to ask for it at front desk 5) Shampoo was NOT refilled completely and ran out of it, hence need to ask front desk 6) Like most hotel/motel, air condition made noise while running, so could NOT sleep at a stretch
