The views from the hotel were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the pistes in Les Bergers were excellent. The only couple of negatives were the room cleaning (timing of cleaning and inconsistent of refreshment replenishment) and the 20 Euro charge of 1 hour spa usage for hotel guests.

Super friendly staff throughout the Hotel. Great position in resort short walk to the ski lift. This rating would have been excellent, however, although the breakfast offered an excellent choice the hot breakfast was not hot, hash browns under cooked, cold beans, cold bacon, cold scrambled eggs. Really enjoyed the bar and staff particularly friendly. We stayed 5 nights.

This property is great value for money and is really close to thebest lifts in Alp d’Huez. For the cost it is really smart and the breakfast was excellent. Staff all really niceand helpful. €20 to use the spa which we were happy paying. Only advice is to get a room at the backof the property as the frontis quite noisey.

Lovely hotel in a good location with friendly helpful staff. We were staying on a bed and breakfast tariff and the breakfast selection was very good and fresh. Bar area a good size with comfortable seating and an open fire. Our only criticism is the fact that you have to pay extra for the sauna/jaquzzi when you are a hotel guest. I can understand that you need to book a time/slot as it is small but €20 each per hour was very disappointing, we decided not to use it so can’t comment on the facility. The pool area looked clean with a lovely view.

Nice hotel but disappointing spa

Really nice hotel let down by the spa which is not free for hotel guests, only fits 6 people in at a time and has to be reserved in advance in hour slots. Otherwise the hotel is great - friendly staff, comfortable rooms, nice bar / lounge area, really good breakfast, ski hire in the hotel which is only 5 mins walk to the chair lifts.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans cet hĂŽtel en famille, avec un bĂ©bĂ© de 1 an, et globalement notre expĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© positive. L’hĂŽtel est bien adaptĂ© aux jeunes enfants : chaises hautes et lits parapluie sont disponibles. La situation est excellente, facile d’accĂšs, avec un grand parking juste devant. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner est variĂ© et les produits sont de qualitĂ©, mĂȘme si tout n’est pas fait maison. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et bien Ă©quipĂ©es (mini-frigo, machine Ă  cafĂ©, bouilloire). Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© la sĂ©paration entre les sanitaires, la salle de bain et la chambre. L’espace piscine est trĂšs propre, la mise Ă  disposition de draps de bain/ peignoir et chaussons est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Points Ă  amĂ©liorer : ‱ Accueil Ă  l’arrivĂ©e : chargĂ©s avec bĂ©bĂ© dans les bras, nous avons dĂ» patienter une dizaine de minutes pour le check-in, sans qu’un chariot Ă  bagages nous soit proposĂ©. ‱ Service au petit-dĂ©jeuner : personnel occupĂ© et froid. ‱ Mobilier des chambres en bon Ă©tat mais ayant dĂ©jĂ  bien vĂ©cu.
