Room is extremely small for the price, noisy place, pool small too. Location if perfect and the staff are extremely Helpful and friendly. Parking is an extra $25 euros a day. About the noise - walls are very thin so you can hear everyone talking and knocking on room doors at all times -

I had paid for my room prior to arriving. When I arrived they asked me for my credit card. I assumed it was for incidentals or bar purchases but I made sure to ask if the room was shown as paid for, because the person checking me in didn’t say why he needed the card, and they said yes. The next day I noticed they charged my card for another $950. The lady was nice and reversed the charge, but had I not seen/mentioned it I would have been double charged. The paid breakfast was subpar, the eggs smelled like dirty dish water, other than that it was bread and deli meat/cheese laid out, cereal, cold pancakes, etc. Basically what you would expert from a free breakfast at a Motel 6. The room was far more dated than the pictures led on to be. Looks like it hadn’t been renovated since the 90s, at least. Pillows were dollar-store quality. The maid service was loud af (can easily hear them in the halls and through the thin walls) and would show up at 10AM, and if I said I wasn’t ready they would knock again every 10 mins or so. There was also someone doing some kind of construction(?) in the room above me. They were banging around up there, pealing paint down, slamming stuff, for several hours straight. Had to put headphones in to drown out the sound. Oh, and there was hardly any hot water the last day I was there. The hotel is in a great location, accessible to just about anything in town, and the lobby is nice, the staff was friendly. However, if this hotel was located in pretty lid

Staff very courteous and attentive. Self serve breakfast had good selections. Very centrally located hotel. Rooms out dated and hotel needing renovation. Hallways with distinct smell. Shower tiles in my room with mold and ceiling paint pealing. Bar and restaurant closed (except breakfast). Would not stay again.

Beautiful hotel with mountain views, great breakfast and bar, and nice amenities. It’s so close to town but still quiet. A minute away from the cable car and very close to the bus and train stations too. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Thank you especially to Daniella for getting checked in early. Would highly recommend this hotel’

Great end of hike hotel

The room was great and the bed comfy. Not enough area to store two suitcases tho. The staff was so friemdly and welcoming!! The pastries were a nice touch and we could store our luggage while we explored until our transport came
