Very old, not safe

I was in room 424. The door knob to the restroom has come loose as well as the nail holding the hair blow dryer up. The carpet line by the door had small angled nails popping up and I stepped on one the last night we were there. I let out a loud scream cause it hurt so bad (yes, it started bleeding). I was going to inform the front desk at check out but we were rushing out and I completely forgot. I am thankful it was me that got hurt and not one of my kids. I had to place a towel on that entire area.
