Stay was not that great. The staff was good, very friendly and helpful. However some of the issues were: there was no area for cars to pull into for the lobby, the room felt dated and run down, early check in was not available (hotel was really busy, and just in combination with everything else), and finally on checkout I was not given an itemized bill.. just told the refund for the deposit would come back to my card within 10 days. Lots of better choices in the area.

We stayed at the Hyatt House for 3 nights. We loved the place, friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Also, shuttle to LAX and free breakfast always a bonus. I will definitely stay at this hotel, when I'm in LA.

The shuttle from the airport was quick and the driver was courteous. We were able to check in early with no additional charge. The staff, at check in, was very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food. The eating area was very clean. Check out was easy and the shuttle to the airpirt was prompt. We stayed one night to connrct with our cruise the next day. We would stay again.

Airport shuttle service was terrible . Had selected this hotel since it is really near LAX and had shuttle service, but had to wait for the shuttle at the airport for over 45 minutes even though it was 11:30pm and there was no traffic. I just kept seeing the same shuttles from other hotels pass by. On the following morning the same issue leaving the hotel. I had left with more than enough time to catch a flight but also had to wait about 50 minutes with a lot of other guests for the shuttle. During this time a shuttle from this hotel arrived but driver told us she was on a break and parked beside us while not caring that all of the people there were now worried about losing their flights. I desperately went and spoke with Sergio who was at the front desk and he didn’t care to even lift a finger to try to help. Many were considering calling a taxi but it was already too late for that. Because of this we barely made it to catch our flight and the whole situation was unnecessarily extremely stressful.

It is an airport hotel with shuttle. You have to pay attention looking for the shuttle because the traffic around LAX is always a mess. I stayed there before and hope to do so again, Lord willing.

This property should work 24/7 on getting the front driveway open. No access due to "city approvals" and only illegal access to cars. Airport transport uses a back entrance which isn't safe due to other truck traffic and you stand in wait near a stinking dumpster. (09/19/25) We went to Sonesta next door for dinner, that was good. Breakfast buffet was rightly priced at $11 and food options were good. Booked on Expedia, fair price for the night. Overall, not a bad decision, but, get that driveway open!
