I enjoyed everything except the climate control in the room. It was either boiling hot or freezing cold in my room...thermostat would stick and blowers would stay on the entire time I was there either blowing heat or cold, making sleeping at night difficult!

I went to check in at 3 pm and the lady told me my room wasn't ready couldn't get in room until 3:35, and the next morning I went and asked for a receipt at 7:45am and the worker checked me out without my permission, I couldn't use my key cards. I had to call the business and have them let he back in. 😳

Clean and good stay. Although we chose this hotel because of the pool and the front ladies didn’t even understand why the pool was being drained and was told it would be fixed by 7pm. And it was never fixed. Was then told it would be fixed by morning but we would already be gone. Should’ve gotten a text or something that the pool would be down. My kid wanted to swim before her big day of dance competition!!
