The newly renovated Laax indoor swiming pool is only 15 minutes away. Visiting the world famous Vals Thermal Bath and spa is an unique experience you cannot miss.

Popular summer activities include hiking and mountain tours in the fascinating mountain landscape of the Surselva, along the famous Rhine Gorge, or exploring the mountain peaks with the surrounding mountain railways. Minigolf, climbing, gold panning for children, river rafting on the Rhine, or a cooling dip in one of the world famous mountain lakes Caumasee or Crestasee (20 mins away) are a must activities in summer time. There are also two 18 hole golf courses in Sagogn and Brigels around.

The kitchen has a fridge, a freezer, a hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a Nespresso Coffe Machine. Cooking pans, plates, cups, servilletes, cutlery, coffe Nespresso cups, teas and swiss chocolates are ready for you to use when you arrive as part of your welcome package.

The apartment is a perfect place to relax. It offers a lovely fireplace to enjoy in the evening, a television that includes Swisscom blue+ movie channels, a football table where you also can play hockey, chess, billiard, and more. The appartment offers as well internet access.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room and a dining area. It can comfortably sleep 5.

In the first bedroom, you will find a Kingsize bed for 2 persons. The second bedroom contains a Double bed for 2 persons and a Bunkbed beautifully designed by a local designer where 1 more person can comfortably sleep. In addition you can also accomodate an extra Cot or Baby Travel Bed if needed.

There is one bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, a double sink and a walk-in shower. All fully renovated. Hand soap and toilet paper is of course set up for your convenience..

Linen and towels are all included in the price and provided to you to make your stay more enjoyable.

The laundry room with a Washing Machine and a Tumbler is available in the ground floor for you to use anytime.

A Turismus Tax is included in the price too.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Arrivals on Saturday for weekly or monthly stays
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is a garage available at the property and included for free. There is also one extra visitor parking if needed.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
