Near location from airport .. I lost my wallet in taxi but hotel staff is not helpful for helping me. I was panic.. they should tell me how to report for lost& found. Or report to police for me but they make me feel it is totally my fault so I have to give up for looking for my wallet.

Arrive late at ICN so I decided to stay here. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Yes, it was a little old in appearance but who uses the telephone and the alarm clock now these days. Bring an adapter if you don’t have Korean plugs on your devices. In general, I got a good rest and moved on.

Really old or dated hotel. Clean, but old. Charging ports require old style chargers that lock into the slot. New universal chargers will fit but probably wont stay. Staff were amazing and friendly. This is a layover hotel, nothing more, nothing less. Good priced stay for a layover and served it’s purpose. But don’t expect anything fancy. 4/5 stars because it’s what I expected for what I paid for it.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in!!!

The Reef Hotel has some of the most impressive employees I have ever seen in a hotel. We have traveled all over the world and these people are top notch!! They were so helpful with a lost item at the airport and helping us plan some of our time. Breakfast was exemplary and the restaurant, The Outside, is so delicious. The bed was comfortable and the views were excellent. Perfect stay!!

At time of reservation, it was stated that hotel offers free shuttle service to-the-airport. However, it is only offered to terminal 1. All flights we take to/from the military base, are from terminal 2. That information should be included as-a-note being that many of us were in the understanding that the shuttle had no restrictions.

It’s an airport hotel. No fringes and run down. It served its purpose with no added luxuries. No room safe, beds are uncomfortable, different tv services from room to room. AC was amazing.
