I had an issue with shuttle pick-up from airport. Called the Whatsapp number provided in the instructions but driver said it was his day off and was told to call the hotel. I tried calling the hotel but was not able to get through. I kept getting recording in Korean. However, the subway from the hotel was convenient to get to the Onseo station and the hotel.

The shuttle was excellent and picked us up from the airport within 30 minutes of us contacting them. They also accommodated early flights by arranging for the shuttle to leave the hotel at 4:30 am. Pros of hotel - Lots of storage space and counter space to put belongings. Lots of towels available. Provided a wake up call for the shuttle service.

The room was really clean, the bathtub is really big, the room is very spacious. The restaurants near the hotel were very close and delicious. The employees on the other hand were really mean for some reason. I had 2 luggage and a small carry own and they kept saying you have to much luggage.They also said “You are lucky we picked you up from the airport with that much luggage” on the website it said that they have a airport shuttle and so they should of expected us to have luggage. Also they told us the shuttle was not available at first than they told us if you hurry up and come to this door in 5min you might catch the shuttle. Than when I had to go back to the airport they still denied me a shuttle to the airport, so I had to take a taxi. I think they don’t like black people or doing things for black people unfortunately. I tried my best being understanding and kind to them to change the mindset they are living in.

Great value for your money ! Everything you need for a night of sleep during stopover. Many many TV channels and a good shower and bed. Also internet was good. No breakfast but you do not need. There is a Starbucks next door. Very close to the Metro Station too.

Great customer service truly wonderful airport shuttle driver … front desk person was fast efficient and nice.. quiet,really clean and lots of eatery around the hotel., located near the train station and cab hub just a block or two only. I would recommend this hotel and staff.

The place was clean, they are 15 minutes from the airport making it a reasonably priced hotel for an overnight transit. They also include a hotel shuttle in the price. The room was large with heated wooden floors. I would recommend this place for anyone needing a room for the night close to Incheon Airport with an early morning flight.

Very near train station. Limited breakfast but what we had was good. Likely could find better options nearby for westerners. Room was clean and bigger than expected. Bed was not bad and we slept okay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Did not have any bad experience as read in reviews. Would stay here again. Shuttle TO airport was on time and easy. Runs only from 7am-11am. We used the train FROM airport to hotel. Very easy and cheap.
