Don't recommend

The bed had brackets sticking out over an inch, and i cut my leg getting into the bed. I went down to the front desk, and the guy working looks totally unfazed. Gets my room number, and tells me he will tell the manager. I come down the next morning, same guy is there...doesn't recognize me...i ask for the manager, he says he wont be in until after 11....still never heard back. Never, ever staying here again. Bed was horrible, i walked by the complimentary breakfast, disgusting.

By far the worst experience ever! Save yourself the time & energy. Stay out of Shadeland Ave. Town is in a poverty community. Hotel is gross, heard gun shots while taking my pup out in the middle of the night. Stay away!!!!!!!

Over all building and grounds decent. Breakfast was good. Price was reasonable for just using it for a place to sleep.very short staffed with desk clerk coming and going having to wait to get back to desk. Place had some shady people there middle of night not caring how much noise they were making

I looked at all the reviews before coming. I believe they are fake. Beware! My first night I stepped into a cold shower. I called down to the front desk and she informed me that she knew there was no hot water, and I had to run the water for 10 minutes. I told her I ran it for 15 minutes and it’s still cold. The next morning, the fire alarm went off on my floor. That same night once it was time to take another shower, I ran the water for almost 30 minutes and still cold. This time I went down to the front desk and she told me they are having a problem with the boiler and someone will be there the next day. In the middle of the night I had to switch my room. Once I switched the room, I also had a problem with the TV, I tried to call the front desk and the phone wasn’t working. My problem is that they didn’t let me know in the beginning that there was a problem with the water AND they won’t give a little bit of a credit for that one day of inconvenience.

A mess from start to finish.

What a mess! The property itself is nice but poorly managed. We got there and the bathroom was a mess. No big deal, except it was a foreshadowing of more to come. The room appeared clean at first but the one lamp on the nightstand didn't work. Then I went in the bathroom and the tub was dirty with hair in it. We contacted the front desk and only one person was working. He offered another room across the hall but it wasn't much better. We'd been driving all day and we're tired. We asked for cleaning supplies and the front desk clerk came with a spray bottle and a toilet brush???? I cleaned the tub myself and told him that brush doesn't go anywhere but the toilet. There were other things, but the finale of the catastrophe was breakfast with the same poor guy trying to run the breakfast buffet and the front desk and something caught fire in the kitchen and the fire alarms went off. No joke. I've got video.

The beds are so soft! I Have booked several times in the past few years. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and Ms. Jodi is no longer there. 😫 I may try a different place next time just to change things up a bit.

There seemed to be only two front desk workers 24 hours a day. The pool was shut down indefinately, puddle dripping into the lobby from some leak. Our first room was never cleaned but they were willing to switch it for us. Breakfast was bland - only original oatmeal, plain bagel, Cheerios, plan waffles, eggs and sausage options. No forks one morning and the juice was all water. I think the workers were trying their best and were helpful when not trying to put out other fires.

The staff here are exceptional. Very friendly and competent. The room was very comfortable and clean however laid out a little strange. We were on the 3rd floor and it felt as if the majority of guests were smoking weed. I thought I had a contact high going from the elevator to our room. Breakfast had plenty of options, but it was strange that the weekend hours were 6A-9A. Other hotel chains that I frequent extend their hours on the weekend to serve until 10A. There was plenty of parking with the hotel filled up. Mixed bag review, but I would stay here again, I just wish that they would hire security to walk the halls and stop the people that are smoking weed.
