Discover the heart of the Bernese Oberland in our charming 3-room flat, located in a historic farmhouse dating back to 1585. With its separate entrance, this prestigious home in the oldest village building offers you not only privacy, but also a gentle combination of history and comfort, ideal for an unforgettable break from everyday life.
Inside, you will find a spacious kitchen-living room on the mezzanine floor, invitingly furnished with untreated wood panelling, which creates a particularly warm and cosy atmosphere. A bedroom with two single beds completes the lower floor, while upstairs there is another bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed on the gallery. A wood-burning stove in the living room and a Swedish stove in the entrance area ensure a cosy atmosphere.
The outdoor area invites you to linger with its beautiful covered garden seating area and another seating area under the trees. A table tennis table, table football and a garden barbecue are available for outdoor entertainment and activities. A sunbathing lawn complements the opportunities to relax and unwind in the fresh air. For families, a cot, high chair and door safety gate are available on request.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure and excursion options. From the impressive landscape of the Grimsel and Susten region to the Ballenberg open-air museum, the Aare Gorge and numerous opportunities for hiking, climbing, mountain biking, skiing and much more.
